We went here yesterday for the Billy Miner Pie. Service was not at par to this type of place. The waitress placed the bill on the table while we were still enjoying our dessert. That was so rude. The place was also too dark.

This location was excellent. I feel they went above.They seated us earlier than our reservation timing by an hour and they didn't rush us out of the restaurant. Vanessa our server was very friendly and continually checked in us throughout our stay. She didn't rush us in ordering or finishing our meal.The food was perfectly cooked.

This chain restaurant has a reputation of providing patrons of All ages a warm welcoming atmosphere and My recent visit Did Not disappoint myself and My guests.The reception staff were swift and efficient to provide me with My booked table. We were greeted with the warm welcome of the attentive staff and rewarded with a good tasting dinner. The staff were patient, well mannered and we had a great dine out.
Ordered a decaffeinated espresso martini, which they promised would be decaf! Clearly received a caffeinated martini as I was awake all night.

The service:The quality of the service has gone down for this chain. Despite having reservations, we were placed in a corner where the waiter could not see us if we needed to get his attention. The waiter didn't put through half of my entree order, so we had to send the dishes back and wait longer to eat. As we were leaving, the hostesses did not say goodbye and were just chatting with each other. It's unfortunate that I can expect better service at a cheap/busy takeout place than The Keg.The food:The escargot was very underwhelming compared to previous when they had the simple garlic butter, but the steaks were delicious. Billy miner pie is always a great dessert (even though I didn't particularly want to endure this poor service any longer).

Also, I was impressed by everyone. The staff were kind and very attentive. I am a mother and my son has been intense with me. lolol. So this helped me a lot.

We came for my friends birthday and the food was great and the service was amazing our server (I forgot her name but I think it’s Nicole) was so sweet she really went above and beyond for us 10/10 dinner thank you

Service is slow. Table of 8.. finished our drinks and appetizers before we even got to order our main. Been here and hour and half and no sight of our meals. Bathrooms are dirty. Pretty disapointed. I have never had this bad of service before at any keg.

Nothing spectacular, I cook much better, cheaper and healthier. The waitresses feel like the last Coca-Cola in the desert and are not helpful at all, they only treat you well for the tip. Very expensive, small portion, normal flavor, x service and the place is nice, but not magnificent.
