Standard pub experience. Standard pub food, standard pub atmosphere. Excellent and friendly service. This is why locals are so important and will always have a place. They are very consistent and being what they are and what you can expect.

The benchmark for a true neighborhood Pub. Pram and Jeff are not Pub owners, their advocates for all of Leaside. The amount of charity, support and community goodness that is born and fueled by this Pub is incredible!
On top of all that, the food, service and atmosphere is always on point. About as warm and welcoming as I've ever witnessed and all at what I would consider below market pricing to boot.

Edit: we used to enjoy it here, particularly on the wing special night. Gave it two more tries and the wings just aren’t the same. They are breaded, greasy and some of them HUGE, unnaturally so. They’re flabby and gross. Service was poor, never came to ask us how anything was, if we needed anything and it wasn’t busy. I won’t be racing back to return anytime soon.

Disappointing experience overall. There’s no happy hour, the management came across as rude, and the wait time for service was at least 10 minutes. The atmosphere also wasn’t what I expected, no friendly bartender to chat with, just an older man behind the bar. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back.
Came by with my wife to watch the jays game the other day food was great and the atmosphere was really comfortable, seemed like everyone knew eachother at this pub. It was crazy busy so im gussing the bar is doing very well. Our waitress was a girl with blue hair, I think her name was margery? She recommended Chipotle chicken wrap and the chicken club and it was delicious. Beers were good too, nice and cold. The whole place had great staff and great cooks. Definitely gonna come back with my wife ,margery better be our server when we come back, kindest server ever.

I came for dinner on a Wednesday night, around 6:30pm. Very few staff working. No manager to be seen. The bartender was overwhelmed with Uber orders, she was verbally accosting another server for not helping for everyone to hear in the bar area. Doing this when she wasn’t running around the restaurant looking like a crazy person. Our waitress didn’t even look old enough to serve, she messed up our order, had no clue of steps of service. The entire event was awful and unprofessional. First and last time they will see me!
