Carries a variety of good produce, baked goods, and meats. Friendly staff.
Excellent location and quality products
Good selection of prepared meals - sandwiches, wraps, patties and a great salad bar with cold and hot choices.
Great place to shop for groceries! Super friendly staff. Great produce section. And best sour dough bread in the City!
Food is fresh. There is just the right amount of variety. Store is clean and tidy. It's perfect for our needs. Also, if you're entertaining or having friends for cocktails, all the prepared foods are perfect. And an LCBO right next to the Longos. C'mon now... Heaven awaits.
Good service
On Thursday, February 13, around 7 p.m., I visited your Longo’s location at Imperial Plaza and made a purchase. As a regular customer, I was deeply disappointed and offended by my experience. The cashier, an older caucasian woman with red hair named Margaret, made me feel uncomfortable. After I placed all my items on the counter, she asked if that was everything, to which I confirmed. She then asked to see my bag, which I found inappropriate, but I allowed her to check it, and it was empty. It seemed as though she suspected I was attempting to steal, which I found disrespectful.
I plan to come by in the next few days to speak with the manager. I strongly suggest that you address this situation with Margaret and inform her that her behaviour towards me was not acceptable.
not only are the prices significantly higher than regular longos here, most of the cashiers are so absent minded in the past month I’ve been there 5 times and cashiers have double charged me for one item 3 out of those 5 times!!
Great place to shop and very lovely employees did not like the underground parking tho
Be careful with their 'fresh' pasta..

At least once a month there is the same woman cashier coughing uncontrollably. It’s time to get self check out longos. This is not acceptable.
Convenient location with some egregiously high prices. Regular-sized boxes of cereal for $9 (that they sold for half that in 2022)? Get real. You can buy the exact same box at nearby stores for half that cost or less. Similar price gouging applies to other products.
This store is an embarrassment compared to any other Longos, which is a shame given the great design of the facility and the building it is in. Prepared food is slop, and the same day after day after day, with a very limited selection that seemingly never changes. I was in another Longos recently and was astounded at how good their prepared food section was, and how much variety they had. It was like a whole different chain. Prices here are high. Store is small so I can imagine sales are fewer, leading to alot of expired or close-to-expired food on shelves. However, their markdowns on expired food used to be 50%, then it changed to either 30% or 40% depending on the item, which is a ripoff and exploitative. I also got horribly sick less than an hour after eating a slice of their pumpkin pie. The staff are ambivalent on a good day, snarky and disinterested on most other days. The guys who stock the shelves act like they run the place. Attitude aplenty. No idea who the managers are, as they don't make their presence known. Thumbs down across the board.
If you use the TooGoodtogo app , please don’t utilize this location. The man that worked at the prepared food discriminates against those who use this app. I spent $50 at this store while there and I will NEVER spend another $1 at this location because of this experience. I’m sad I moved into a neighbourhood that treats people this way. This is the only Longos I have had a negative experience.
Rudest and most unhelpful staff, useless supervisors (Gemma) and NO self-serve checkout kiosks, so you have to line up to purchase 1 or a few items and there are usually just 1-3 cashiers working at any given time. Also, their buffets (hot and cold) are ridiculously overpriced!I live a 5 min walk from this store but only shop there if I really have no option. Thank God there's a Loblaws a 10 minute walk from my place!
