The beer? Completely flat and borderline undrinkable — tasted like it had been sitting in the lines since last summer. An absolute disgrace for a place that claims to have any kind of standard.
What made it worse? Five staff members visible, none of whom bothered to check in, take an order, or even pretend to care that customers were standing around waiting. Zero hospitality, zero urgency, and zero professionalism.
Honestly, Michael Cooper should be embarrassed to have his name associated with this place. Shut it down, rehire from scratch, and start over — because right now, this place is a total write-off.
Such a cute and vibey spot. The drinks and appies were 💯 but even better was the service. Thank you to the amazing bartenders who took care of us, you all went above and beyond!
Came here for Winterlicious to celebrate our anniversary. Took over 2 hours for service, which is understandable if they were short staffed but there were a lot of little things that threw me off about a well known hotel’s restaurant. They seemed to forget about serving us our drinks and we had to ask for it twice after already receiving our appetizer. My main dish was of the trout was very empty. The chocolate mouse dish is straight up just dry chocolate cake, and my slice was cut very small in comparison to the others around me. Overall just mediocre for winterlicious.
We came here for Christmas Eve dinner and was really looking forward to trying their holiday cocktails. Unfortunately, I didn’t bring my ID, which was my fault, but it did throw off the mood a bit since most places usually don’t ask. I decided to try their mocktail selection instead. They only offer two options, and while they looked lovely, the flavor was quite underwhelming.
The food was enjoyable! I had the Winter Caesar which had a generous amount of pork belly. The mushroom and halloumi dish was delicious as well. The tagliatelle was served cold, which was a bit disappointing, but overall, the dishes were satisfying.
The experience overall was nice, with good food at a reasonable price. However, the service felt a bit lacking in warmth, which would’ve added more to the holiday spirit.
The food are really good! But the drinks are strong but ther make a really good job with the taste
Great holiday vibe with cozy cocktails and a condensed menu. Portions could be a bit bigger but overall a satisfying experience.
We enjoyed the delicious food, excellent service and relaxed ambience. We tried Pan Seared Rainbow Trout, Ginger Berry Bramble ,Melody's Maple Bacon Old Fashioned, the Naughty List. I prefer to go by open table :) quick and easy
My family had a lovely time at Melody's Holiday Pop Up. 10/10 friendly service, food and cocktails were superb. We had a very fun time.
Christmas lights/Decor was cute, service was friendly and attentive. Food was very tasty, but some dishes were very small for the cost (ex. beet salad, creme brule).
After making a reservation weeks ahead, we placed food orders and did not receive anything for over 45 minutes. We constantly had to track down someone just for water. We had another reservation two hours after, which should have been more than enough time to have dinner. We were scolded by the manager who said it was our fault for not telling the server we had plans 2 hours from our reservation, which is ridiculous. We were told the wait was our fault because we sat next to another reservation of people we knew who also placed orders at the same time. The manager spoke to me condescendingly, calling me “hun” while telling us the wait time was our fault. Do not recommend this restaurant. Poor wait times, extremely poor management and client service.

Went to the Melody Bar for a trivia night and it was so fun! The bar was beautifully decorated during Christmas, and the staff and management were very attentive. I had the tagliatelle pasta and it was delicious. Definitely will be back!

I had the opportunity to visit Melody's for their holiday pop-up pre-opening and everything was fantastic! Service, food, ambiance were all a 10/10.
Delicious food and attentive service. The ravioli and the steak are a must try, and Valtek (sp?) was a wonderful server. Highly recommend!

Said it was open on Google and when I tried to open the door, the guy YELLED at me from inside the bar that it wasn’t open yet - jeez, unnecessarily aggressive, just update the hours on Google dude.
Nice vibe
