My partner brought me there for my birthday and the food was amazing! First restaurant we’ve been to in Toronto since moving from Alberta last week. When we each ordered a glass of wine we naturally got ID’d because we look young for our age. That was not the issue. It was what happened afterwards. I’ve been frequenting this most excellent establishment for a few years now. They are consistently able to make the delicious food every time. The atmosphere is inviting and cosy. The restaurant is run by a very friendly family who take great pride in their food and everything they do. They even had the courtesy to call up to let me know that an earlier reservation had opened up.The rack of lamb is to die for and the apple strudel is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend...

We had an amazing dining experience at “ The Monkey Bar” From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive.
