I was looking for a good steak place to celebrate my boyfriends birthday, and was impressed by your reviews on Open Table. A quick google search and I've never seen such a classy place with poor customer management skills. People are entitled to their reviews and opinions but your unprofessional, poorly written responses COMPLETELY turned us away. Unbelievable. While I can't speak for these poor experiences, and you have many great reviews - what a disappointing and awful way to respond to your customers. A beautiful place and menu but you sound like a unprofessional, around the corner type of restaurant.

My husband and I took my parents to the Nomad Steakhouse because my Dad saw it advertised on a Hungarian show, and really wanted to try it, so I booked it for Saturday night (Feb. 8th, 2020). It turned out to be the best evening out we've had for years!!!! The food was impeccable, the steaks were exactly as requested, there was more food than you could eat, the service was excellent! The house Manager was very kind, and the environment was very nice!!! We will be going back again! Absolutely!

Hit and Miss. Unfortunately the big miss was the steak. We both ordered the $42 Ribeye which was below our expectations for the price (which didn't include $10 sides). The cut was thin, maybe 3/4 inch. We both ordered medium rare, however our steaks arrived different colours, mine was more grey, my friends was more caramel and in my opinion cooked to medium. It wasn't very flavorful. We were the first of the only two tables being served on a Thursday evening. Perhaps the grill wasn't heated properly for the first order(?) The servers were friendly, but missed taking dishes away as they emptied and we were left sitting with dirty dishes for awhile. They also did not notice our empty drinks during dinner. I would have liked a glass of wine, but didn't bother. Surprising given only two tables the whole time we were there. The hits were the decor and cleanliness, (although I found the fake candle a bit strange, and the napkins rather scratchy). The other hit was the side of asparagus, the best asparagus I've ever had! Mid dinner our server asked how things were, my friend too polite for honest feedback said 'good' and I gave an unenthusiastic 'fine' trying to hint to the disappointing steak, but it was not picked up on. We both agreed when we left that we won't be back. Too bad. Glad to see other positive reviews, perhaps it was just a one off. [side note for owners: The sign is illegible from the outside when it's dark out.]
Food was so fresh and tasty. Staff and owners are amazing and pay attention to detail. Been recommending this place to all of my friends!
