Micheal was great tonight, the food was awesome and the atmosphere was grand. My wife enjoyed the old fashioned decor a lot. Only critique we'd have is that the bread was a bit hard and not easy to cut and the salad dressing(blue cheese) did not taste like blue cheese more like ranch.

Solid restaurant. Food was great. Service was overall good. I really enjoyed the minestrone, tiramisu, and spumoni ice cream. The complimentary bread was great as well.
A couple things; firstly, pretty upset with Dylan (my server). I came with one other person (so we were a group of two). We get through our food, I ask Dylan to split the bill.
On each bill, we tipped a little over 10% by dollar amount. After I paid, Dylan made a very passive aggressive comment, "you know you could just tip 15% right? there's a button on the machine for that". Along with that, he clearly got pretty visually pissed that I only tipped about 10-11% (I tipped 7.50 total on a 67.80 after-tax bill).
Pretty passive aggressive thing to do as a waiter that's been acting real nice to our table the whole night. However, after a comment like that, it recontextualizes how the waiter was smiling with us and joking with us all night since it wasn't genuine at all, and makes me feel like I shouldn't have tipped him anything quite frankly.
Besides that, I was told by a friend who's come to the restaurant before that they offer a coffee or tea (it's included in your meal). However, Dylan never brought this up, and I only found out about this after I had already left.
Tip chasing and leaving out a part of the meal I paid for soured my experience because everything up to that point was great. Knocking off two stars for that.

Very loud atmosphere. Food was ok but not a Wow factor. Very busy place. We sat in street car and was super uncomfortable warm up there.
Our waiter was a nice guy but he touched parm cheese with bare hands and then touched debt /visa machine and then opened a bottle of wine for another server. All without washing his hands. And not to mention he cleared plates away before that. Very disappointed to see. Our waiter was Karan.
