Extremely rude employee who gave different service to different customers. The server straight up ignored a few people from our group and only talked to some of us. I also got this weird vibe from the server. The whole experience was just bad. Me and my friends have decided to ditch this place. We used to come here a lot and the service was way more chill… but obviously things have changed. They really need to clean up their staff, because they don’t seem very openminded :) On top of that, the potato in the pork bone soup had gone bad, and we only realized it after we had already finished the food. Hopefully it won’t affect our health…

Amazing food!!! Our server was very sweet and kind! I tried Chicken Bulgogi, beef bulgogi and Tofu stew. Their homemade kimchi is my most favourite! Will visit again!

One of my go-to spots whenever I’m in Toronto! The service is always excellent—staff are polite and respectful. The kimchi and pork soup is especially delicious. Perfect spot for a comforting and authentic Korean meal.

Used to love this restaurant and visited often, but my most recent experience was very disappointing. The middle-aged, balding male server who attended to my table was extremely rude, which left a negative impression and completely changed how I feel about the place. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning, despite how much I enjoyed it in the past.

Came to the OWL location for the first time having visiting many others. I live in the area and have gone to many other Korean restaurants. When my gomjatang order came out I was surprised how huge the portion was for $16.99. It tasted amazing and the banchan is tasty as well. This will be one of my go-to places.

After a long night, we were craving some solid Korean comfort food and this place delivered! When you walk in, just wait to be seated, service is quick and organized.

For the price, the pork bone soup is unbeatable. They’re so generous with the meat, and it’s rich, hearty, and exactly what you want in a late-night meal. The banchan (4 side dishes) were simple, fresh, and full of flavor, just like home.

We ordered beef tofu soup, pork bone soup, and vegetable dumplings, and cleared every plate. The staff was kind enough to offer complimentary refills of banchan, which made the experience even better.

As a Korean, finding a 24/7 spot like this for authentic soup makes me so happy. Highly recommend if you need a comforting, late-night meal that tastes like home.
