We tasted the food for the first time at Jamaica day. The food was well seasoned and delicious that we had to go buy more. We had the jerk chicken, jerk pork and the fried red snapper. Amazing and the price was reasonably. The staff at venue was so nice and friendly. Thanks everyone for giving us the best food we tasted for a very long time.

Went and the food area was closed for some reason. I was hoping to get some food. The front area was open had I wanted to get some ice cream, which I'm sure its delicious, I'd had gotten that but alas, I was in the need for some good tasting food and was sadly let down. The online menu doesn't not reflect the actual cost in the restaurant! Unless the online price is when it's one special. Expect at least a $3-$4 difference. (Which I expected honestly)

This place is a definite hidden gem. The price is great for the amount and quality. The chef and owner Uncle Trench is great. He treats you like family from the start.

I've had most of his dishes, his rice and peas is perfect always, his oxtail is always cooked perfectly and the flavor is exceptional.

His goat, fried chicken, stew chicken and BBQ chicken are always well cooked and tasty.

Do yourself a favor and stop in and see Uncle Ttench, try his food and you will be hooked.

I strongly recommend this place.

When Im getting Jamaican food, I want the pomp of a roadside cook up and the quality of a grandparents recipes- welcoming, simple and delicious.
That is what you get here.
Best salt fish and ackee Ive had in Canada (they actuallyhad 'food'!), great oxtail, very fair prices.
Can't wait to go back!

Very unprofessional! Says they're open until 9 pm on google and until 9:30 on their door, I travel all the way here and they're closed at 8:15pm complete waste of time

order the snapper. it was rancid. I had one bite and immediately spit it out.

Apparently if you order through Ritual online it's reasonable prices. I only found out after paying the large is 18 dollars when its advertised at 11 plus tax. At 18 dollars I was disappointed because it wasn't hot , just warm. The chicken was dry and rough and the rice seemed undercooked. Service was ok but there was a man who came in the store and was chased out for some reason. Over all I think this store has great potential just needs a little more professionalism and re design of the menu.
