Incident on August 10th, 2025 I had a very negative experience at The Parlour between 11 p.m. and 1 a.m. on the night of August 10th, 2025. During my visit, I was physically struck by the DJ without any provocation. Security intervened but did not take my side, and management refused to address my complaint or review it fairly.
I have requested that The Parlour preserve their CCTV footage and incident report for this timeframe so that police can review the matter, but my request was not even considered.
I would encourage anyone visiting to be aware of how management handles incidents and to consider their own safety.

we happened to walk by the alley and were intrigued by the industrial-looking building—so glad we decided to check it out! We had the tuna taco, pizza, and oysters, and everything tasted fantastic. Such a happy new discovery! the only downside was the music—it was a bit too loud indoors. if you prefer a more relaxed vibe, the patio is a better spot with toned-down music.

Tamara was an awesome waitress! She was very genuine. I loved the Rogi pizza! The lobster rolls were too small, so I can’t recommend them.

The food here is really good with lots of options, gluten free crust, and good desserts. However, the service was quite disappointing. We arrived when it was not very busy, yet it took a long time for food to come. They also had no concept of how to align food delivery. I had an appetizer, main, and dessert (their prix fixe). My daughter didn’t. Yet they brought her main dish when my first course came, so she was done before my pizza came. My pizza took forever so she sat there while we waited and while I ate it. Then she ordered dessert as well, yet they brought my dessert so much before hers that I was finished before she even got hers. I don’t know what they were thinking, but it was clear they weren’t. Overall a very good meal, but very frustrating experience.

Easy to miss if you're walking down King Street, but worth the search. Inside and outside seating, delicious pizzas. We had the 50, great flavor, and the meatball sliders. Plenty of food for 2 or more. Miguel, the bartender, was awesome. Great place for small or large groups.

Visited the Parlour recently for dinner. The food is pretty good, “those balls” (bread balls) were delicious. Pizza is a good choice here. The burrata was also tasty. The cocktails were very good.

I hosted a surprise birthday party for my husband here and parlour staff was all amazing! Candice was so helpful and accommodating throughout the planning process and helped make sure every need was met! Our server Robin (Robyn?) was incredible at handling a large party, she was so organized and was making sure people had drinks at all times and kept the bills so organized. She was so lovely and made sure my husbands birthday was super special! We had an amazing experience and the outdoor patio with the fire pit was the perfect vibe!
