Cancelled an order on me after confirming it, and while I was on the way to pickup. Rating is for poor service and wasting my time without clearly communicating why the order was cancelled.
EDIT: What a thoughtful response from the owner. I really appreciate the follow-up and offer to remake the order. I feel you've already made it right with this response. I've updated my review to reflect that The Parlour clearly puts a lot of care into their service!

Serenity was a great server. We barely made it in time for happy hour but she helped us get our order in on time. This place is so romantic and perfect for datenight. Most impressed I have been at a restaurant in a long time. - Update Second Visit, still amazing wine menu needs a nice buttery Chardonnay though.

We came here for bottle service on a Saturday and the vibes were great! The music was good and atmosphere was dark and great for partying. Our server Maria was one of the best servers we’ve had in a longtime. She was so attentive with the table, constantly changing out our glasses and bringing us new trays. She kept our table clean and made our night so much better!

Absolutely loved this place! It’s a bit tricky to get to, but the drinks were incredibly refreshing and the service was amazing — shoutout to Robin, our server. As for the food, the menu is on the shorter side, which I actually appreciate since too many options can feel overwhelming. We tried the burger and the steak carpaccio, and both were absolutely delicious.

Very upscale spot downtown with great vibes. However the food we ordered was incredibly bland. The margarita pizza although had good dough tasted just like dough. The sauce and cheese somehow had no flavour whatsoever. I wouldn’t have complained as much if it wasn’t for the fact the pizza was almost 30 dollars. I’m absolutely shocked at how bland it was for the cost. We also ordered the smash burger which wasn’t very filling and cost about 20 dollars. It was mediocre but it wasn’t nearly as bad as the pizza. Overall I think this spot specializes in drinks and maybe their other items are good but the food we ordered was just utterly disappointing I can’t help but feel like I completely wasted my money here. Additionally the server was rather impatient to leave our table even though it was not busy whatsoever. I will not be coming back

Upon arrival, we were seated promptly, only to have our table unexpectedly moved a few minutes later without explanation or courtesy. The transition felt abrupt and inconsiderate, especially given that we had a reservation. The hostess' demeanor throughout the interaction was surprisingly dismissive. Rather than offering a simple apology or clarification, her attitude suggested impatience and a lack of interest in providing even basic hospitality. First impressions matter, and unfortunately the service at the front of house set a tone that overshadowed the rest of our visit. Professionalism, communication, and respect for guests are fundamental in the hospitality industry, and this experience fell short on all three.

The Parlour has been on my list for a while and we were finally able to try it. It absolutely lived up to the hype! We got the short rib skillet and the breakfast sandwich. Both were phenomenal. Will definitely go back.
