I went there and received the best service Thalia is the best! I’m picky about my food but this was the best location and best service! The Thai fried colliflower is the best! Thank you so much will be back for Thalia!
Just had a fantastic dinner at The Pickle Barrel in North York tonight! The atmosphere was lively and inviting, and our server Thalia was incredibly friendly and attentive. A great spot for a casual yet satisfying dinner with friends or family. We'll definitely be back!
It was an awful experience.
The salad wasn’t fresh at all, and my son’s burger had clearly been reheated.
The Chicken Parmesan was also disgusting — dry and tasteless.
The fries were cold, and it took over 10 minutes just to find someone to bring us the bill.
We complained at the end, but nobody seemed to care.
Overall, it was a terrible experience for my family. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
Drive an hour to have dinner at 7pm. When we got there waited 20 minutes and nobody came to seat us. Looked like they had no staff so we finally left and went to have dinner at Earls.
Very good lunch we had my wife and i really liked the cali grilled cheese. Good service served by Alliyah
Had a lunch with my family this morning and we had a very good lunch served by Alliyah she was the best server and very helpful
My favourite Pickle Barrel Location. Good food and our server Abrian was great.
My kids LOVE this place. And I trust kids instinct when it comes to service, they sense the energy beyond the verbal stuff. Food was good and Max took good care of us.
Dilip was great serving us!

We visited Pickle Barrel at Yorkdale, and it was the worst experience we've ever had. We ordered nachos, and they tasted awful—completely bland, with pale cheese and nothing fresh about it. It was truly the worst restaurant experience we've had in Toronto.
The customer service was extremely rude. The waitress who brought our nachos simply threw the plate onto our table, showing no regard for the customers at all.
Businesses should remember that customers drive their success. It's crucial to understand that customers are the key to a business's growth. Before hiring staff, ensure they understand and follow the basic principles of customer service.

I was greeted as soon as I arrived at the front desk. Dilip was a great server who took my order as soon as I was ready and brought out the food in a very short time. I appreciate the quick and speedy service and overall it was a wonderful experience. Thank you!
