I have yet to have a bad experience at Pickle Barrel. Servers are always gracious and pleasant. The food is always great..but this time they went above and beyond with the cheesecake. By far the best cheesecake I have had...

Parking: It's attached to a mall, parking is free.

We ordered avocado toast and French toast. The hash brown was too much oily with an awful taste. The French toast was overcooked and very sweet!! We ordered coffee and green tea. While the waitress brought the tray of the drink, we saw all cups were dirty with old lipstick on the edge of the cups; we complained about the dirty cups. I could not take a photo of the cups because the waitress picked up them very fast.  But the waitress even didn’t say sorry! Overall, it was a very bad experience for Sunday brunch! We back home while we were starving.

Parking: It was right beside the restaurant

We had a really good experience at this location. The manager was very welcoming. Our waitress Eunice was incredibly personable and helped to give us a great experience overall. There is a full plant-based menu with so many options to meet all appetites.

We placed a large order for delivery for a family lunch. Several items were missing - all the dipping sauces, a salad, pickles. Some of the burgers can entirely undressed - nothing on them. Just a burger on a dry bun. Brisket sandwich was also completely undressed, super dry to eat - just some deli meat on plain dry bread. Not what was expected, certainly not worth the price paid.

This franchise used to be my favorite restaurant.Since Cara Foods took it over, the food quality has gone down. The portions are smaller, the taste is off, and even the texture is different.

It is one of the best restaurants I've ever been since my landing to Canada and their french toast is a must to try and their staff always have an awesome smile on their face. Highly recommended! ??

My wife and I had been regulars to this restaurant but over the last year or so we had stopped coming as we felt the food quality and dining experience had gone down hill. We decided to try it again tonight as it was close to home and we were hungry. We were seated by a friendly young man and the insignia on his shirt indicated that he was the manager. Our order was taken promptly and we both ordered a rueben sandwich with a french onion soup. There has obviously been some changes made with the restaurant as the rueben sandwich was delicious the pastrami had a wonderful peppery hint without ever being over powering and the sauce and sauerkraut married perfectly and made the dish a pleasure to eat. As good as the sandwich was the star of our evenings dining experience was the French Onion Soup. It was rich and full of flavour. It was immediately obvious that the chefs hadn't cut any corners in the production of the soup. the soup had an almost velvet like quality that comes with proper reduction and care. It was easily one of the best french onion soups I have had. While I wasn't exactly enthusiastic about dining at the pickle barrel we left excited about trying other menu items and we will be back soon. What ever we decide to try you can be assured we will start our meal with another french onion soup! it is to die for!
