Loved the harvest menu at Pickle Barrel! The butternut squash soup was really delicious and I loved the honey apple chicken and the Apple Blossom for desert was a wonderful end to the lovely meal! The service was wonderful- Leny was so friendly and kind!

We made a reservation here for 615 on a friday and when we showed up, the restaurant was closed. No attempt to contact us to let us know or anything. They had all my information. Just closed up shop and put a sign out front.

Made a reservation and went there and made arrangements for our son to join us. Paid for parking and then went up to the restaurant and it was CLOSED, saying there was an emergency. The place was completely empty so obviously no one had been there for hours. No phone call, no explanation. Even got this asking me for my review of the night. There was no night! Really poor customer service.

Excellent location and service. Went to watch the Jays game 7. We had a blast despite the outcome. Recommend the calamari. Pasta was good.

It took over an hour to order our food. The servers kept on bringing us other people's food. Our waiter kept on saying “just like the last time you were here” or “long time no see guys” which was strange since I've never been there before. The only redeeming factor was that by the time we placed our order it was happy hour again. Deep fried pickles was the best out of the 5 items we ordered

I made a reservation at this location through OpenTable, but upon arrival was informed that reservations are not actually honored and seating is handled on a first-come, first-served basis. This was both disappointing and confusing, if reservations don't guarantee a table or any form of priority seating, it defeats the purpose of booking a specific time. While I understand that restaurants can get busy, customers make reservations to plan their evening with some certainty. Clear and transparent communication about how the reservation system truly works would go a long way toward managing expectations and improving the overall guest experience.

The service was a bit slow. For instance we ordered calamari as entree and took a while to bring it to the table, we ordered the stake medium well and it came well done, we ordered extra napkins and had to insist on that.

They had forgotten to give maximum time to people already there and when we got there they had no space. They said based on the reservations, its first come first serve which defeats the purpose of having a reservation a week in advance

Service and food were amazing! We needed a spot for our run club and the table setup was perfect private, comfortable, and welcoming. Our server, Eugene, was fantastic, and the manager, Jason, was very friendly and accommodating. Everyone at the restaurant was kind and attentive. Great experience overall! Food option was perfect.
