This is a pub/bar so very casual atmosphere and typical pub food, but good food. Service was friendly and considerate - offering a quiet table away from the noise of the bar. Service was prompt and server gave good advice on the menu. Good cocktails.

We had a small group of 5 and were seated in the heated roof patio. Even on a cold night it was warm, and maybe almost too warm. Server was friendly and quick with drinks. I had the turkey club sandwich and fries. Sandwich was good but I do wish they could use carved fresh turkey instead of deli meat. Fries were excellent. Others enjoyed their meals as well. Overall I think it was very good and we!ll be back

Everything was smooth when I booked here for my birthday !! Loved everything !! The only thing made me unsatisfied was the bartender called Maddison, I recommend the bartender that her shift was before her, she was so sweet and nice. But I mentioned that I have 50 guests, she was acting defensive and giving me and my guests attitude, but because every other thing was really smooth I will give this place 5 stars. I just recommend you to be specific about the bartender to not be Maddison.

If you're planning to watch a game at a bar, The Pilot is the ideal spot! Highly recommended for large groups, the vibe and atmosphere are incredibly energetic.

This was my first time to The Pilot. I enjoyed the Classic Eggs Benny. They had the perfect amount of hollandaise, the poached eggs cook to perfection and home fries that were unforgettable. They had a saltiness to them but not overly so and there was some other sort of flavor there that I couldn't pinpoint. Usually I just nibble at my home fries... but these little crispy golden nuggets with a dash of green onions on top made them were completely addictive. I almost wanted to order a side portion to go. They were that good. Highly recommend visiting this beautiful gem.
The one complaint the service was a little on the slow side but on a Sunday -I guess that can be forgiven but a little more attentiveness would have made this perfect.
The gentleman that works the bar, Bish if I remember correctly, was hospitable and very professional. Excellent service from start to finish. He truly made the experience! Will definitely come back

Amazing experience on the rooftop patio. We had a reservation for 10 but they were able to accommodate 12 no problem. There was another large event going on, but this did not impact the service. The food and drinks were amazing. I had the special of the day which was chicken schnitzel in honour of Oktoberfest. It was delicious and cooked perfectly. Everyone had a great time. We will be back.

Went for Happy Hour and the prices are great for the shareables and cocktail offerings. Lots of seating and great location close to downtown. Service was exceptional. I missed the servers name but all the wait staff were pleasant and very attentive. Definitely worth a visit. Lobster dip was superb!
