This is a completely sincere review. Every time I go to Toronto I get lunch here and it is always delicious. The staff is incredibly kind and fast. A great lunch spot that is also very filling.

Probably the best poke bowl I've ever had. Excellent portion, well thought out combination of flavours and textures, and ingredient are fresh great quality.
Portion is amazing for the price and service is friendly and efficient. Not a lot of seating but great for take out.
Highly recommend!

Was running errands and craving poke bowls for a while and came across this place and decided to try it out bc of the positive reviews.
Reviews are not enough on how great this place is! The amount of sashimi you get is actually pretty good and the variety of ingredients you can choose from are tasty, good quality, and fresh!
I got the large size of one of the premade bowls and was quite heavy, they didn’t go overboard with the sauce which is why you can still taste the actual food. Will be visiting again!!

Great ambience with a nice staff... The options available were wide varieties. The prices were a little high though... But the taste managed for it all.... I got the poke bowl... The crab and the brown rice was very tasty. Fresh salmon as well.. The fried onions were also very nice.... Good place near the Eaton center...

My friend and I got food poisoning. I wished I looked at the bad reviews because we are not the only one who experienced this.

I tried The Poke Box at the 161 Bay food court and went with the make-your-own medium bowl (which turned out to be my go-to healthy quick solution):
• Base: purple rice
• Sauce: roasted sesame
• Protein: double salmon
• Mix-ins & add-ons: edamame, corn, mandarins, crab salad, avocado
• Finishing touches: pumpkin seeds, ginger, fried onions
This turned out to be the perfect combo for a healthy lunch that’s ready in just 3 minutes. The double salmon packs in plenty of protein, while the purple rice gives a nice balance of healthy carbs. The mandarins add a refreshing, citrusy touch that lifts the whole bowl, and the avocado makes it even creamier. The crunch from pumpkin seeds and fried onions ties everything together beautifully.
For about $20, it’s excellent value for the quality and portion size.
– taste, quality, speed, and price all on point.

Addicted to this poke take-out place. Always fresh, lots of tuna and salmon (I get the classic) and so filling! I tried the zucchini noodles but I find the rice blend is the best.

Like most of the reviews, the food is very good - fresh, very filling and healthy options.
I can also understand the sentiments regarding inconsistent customer service - we've received excellent customer service some days. Other days, even a simple greeting and/or friendly goodbye/wishing someone to have a great day is lacking.
At first look it's a little pricey but the portion sizes are generous so it's worth it. Love that zucchini noodles are one of the base options and at no additional cost!
Food is very unhealthy and staff is very unprofessional abouse behavior staff is not good

So yummy!
Easy poke to go - fresh, made to order, and with the full variety of proteins and toppings. Colorful little shop.
