Craving something bold and fresh? I highly recommend the Lava Blaze bowl at Poke Box (700 University Ave, Toronto)! 🔥🍣

Everything was top-notch — from the super fresh ingredients to the perfectly balanced spicy kick. The Lava Blaze is full of flavor, with just enough heat to make it exciting without being too much. The toppings added amazing texture, and the portion was very generous.

Fresh ingredients; I normally get the big umami with sushi rice, sub cucumbers instead of onion, and with only salmon. I’ve had this at least 5 times and it was good every time! Service is also quite friendly too. Located in the food court area.

Would not have guessed that such a great poke bowl could come out of a food court. This spot really punches above its weight. Fresh fish, generous portions, fun options for bases (zoodles! purple rice!), and friendly staff. My new go-to in that neighbourhood.
