Went for a roast dinner with friends. Roast was ok, but way to expensive at $40 IMHO it should be mid to late 20's. The beef was poor quality and thin, the potatoes were boiled not roasted. Waiting staff was good and friendly except asking us (11) to move upstairs as they needed the tables, which we did only to be told shortly after they needed the tables upstairs also? So is it pay and go restaurant\\bar? What is this establishment? Not like a real English experience
Quite a pub atmosphere. I like their menu a lot, with a large variety of pub fare you will sure find something you like. I had the beef and onion pie and it was tremendous. Came with mashed potatoes and red cabbage. Nice dish. Everyone at the table was pleased with their food. Service was pleasant and efficient. Prices were reasonable. I would recommend making a reservation, because this is a very popular place.
