Really happy with our impromptu decision to dine here! Loved the vibe, welcoming atmosphere, and great view of the CN tower. They were so accommodating to our large group and especially to our youngest party member (15 months!). We were seated right away, drinks came quickly, and the food did not disappoint! Highly recommend the nachos and tropical sangria!

Fun games and good food

Cool vibe, but TERRIBLE service. Was sitting at the bar and the server lady kept giving me the evil eye and ignoring me while I was calling her over. Once she finally came, I asked her what flavor of wing was on the menu and she said “no”. When I asked if anyone else might know, she again just responded “no.”

Overall, decent vibes for games and drinks but don’t count on good service. The staff is too busy talking amongst themselves instead of serving customers.

It was a busy day, July 1st / Canada Day. Service was extremely slow. Our food was simply not good. Very blend. The pita that came with our dip were burnt. We understand it was busy and I could deal with médiocre service but the food was more than mediocre. I would not come back to eat here. The game room was fun though.

Extremely disappointing experience. Our server was inattentive and it was difficult to understand her when she spoke, which made ordering very difficult. She did not return to the table to replenish water or take additional drink orders on a very hot day. The food took a very long time to come to the table and was cold by the time it came. Given that this venue is pricey, I find the overall experience between very subpar service and cold, stale food very disappointing. I would not recommend and we will not be back. There are plenty of other dining establishments in the area that offer better service, better food and better value. Avoid.

Wonderful meal before the Jays game! The Rec Room is the place to go before or after after a game. Great service and good food!

We were seated and no one acknowleged us for 15 minutes. Waitress took our order finally and we only ordered nacho and drinks. Are nachos came fairly quickly however our drinks came after we had finished our nachos and inquired about them once already.

It did take a bit to get a server to our table. There was a drink mix up with some beers. Food was really fast coming out!

Location was perfect for a pre-concert dinner at the Rogers Centre. Massive place, ok pub food.

It was understaffed. I had a reservation but still had to wait in line for 20 minutes. Took about 45 minutes for the waiter to take our first order/drinks. It wasn't his fault, but a place located right beside the Rogers Centre should be prepared for crowd rushes and resourced properly. The food was bad but sort of expected - most people come here to overpay for the location, not the food.

Opentable Diner

Overall not a great experience. Service was not good. Had to wait a long time for drinks. Food service also took a long time even though restaurant told us we were on a 90 minute maximum time frame. Some of the food was cold. It felt very chaotic & disorganized. We had to keep asking for things as they weren't brought out. I wouldn't go back.

My table of 4 ordered food and drinks. My poutine came 20 minutes after the rest of my table received their food. and the table beside us ordered after and received their food before my poutine.
