Service was very slow. Got seated at 5:08. Server didn't came to take drink order until 5:37. Then proceeded to tell us she was doing us a favour by waiting our table because our server was busy doing other things. Very strange. Food was mediocre. Barely warm. They definitely need more experienced servers.

I had my son's 12th birthday here and he enjoyed himself so much. So did other guests who came to celebrate with us. It's very family oriented there is something to for every age group. I highly recommend

Really happy with our impromptu decision to dine here! Loved the vibe, welcoming atmosphere, and great view of the CN tower. They were so accommodating to our large group and especially to our youngest party member (15 months!). We were seated right away, drinks came quickly, and the food did not disappoint! Highly recommend the nachos and tropical sangria!

Cool vibe, but TERRIBLE service. Was sitting at the bar and the server lady kept giving me the evil eye and ignoring me while I was calling her over. Once she finally came, I asked her what flavor of wing was on the menu and she said “no”. When I asked if anyone else might know, she again just responded “no.”
Overall, decent vibes for games and drinks but don’t count on good service. The staff is too busy talking amongst themselves instead of serving customers.
Excellent food and amazing customer service. Our server, Kim, is A++. Our meal was hot & delicious!

It was a busy day, July 1st / Canada Day. Service was extremely slow. Our food was simply not good. Very blend. The pita that came with our dip were burnt. We understand it was busy and I could deal with médiocre service but the food was more than mediocre. I would not come back to eat here. The game room was fun though.

Extremely disappointing experience. Our server was inattentive and it was difficult to understand her when she spoke, which made ordering very difficult. She did not return to the table to replenish water or take additional drink orders on a very hot day. The food took a very long time to come to the table and was cold by the time it came. Given that this venue is pricey, I find the overall experience between very subpar service and cold, stale food very disappointing. I would not recommend and we will not be back. There are plenty of other dining establishments in the area that offer better service, better food and better value. Avoid.
