My table of 4 ordered food and drinks. My poutine came 20 minutes after the rest of my table received their food. and the table beside us ordered after and received their food before my poutine.
Decent place to grab some pub grub before a game. This place is a haven for kids as it's got games galore. Service was slow but very friendly.
Great service. It doesn't matter how busy it is, the service and food is always great!
Great food. Great service and it was BUSY! Overall very impressed. Fun place. Great atmosphere.
Food was great, got our meal quickly. Serving staff was another story. Our server was curt, looked like she didn't want to be there, questioned meal choices, and made excuses when something wasn't available (coffee at noon, said that machine needed servicing, you can't tell me that there is only one coffee maker in the whole building).
This was our second time at Rec Room for dinner after the Blue Jays game. We had a party of 9 and The food and service at our table was excellent! Our kids also had fun playing the interactive games. Highly recommended!
They enforced a 1 1/2 limit at the table during a busy period despite having empty tables available and having long waits to be served.
Super loud, super fun. The ticket system SUCKS though. The kids spend 50 bucks to play and then the store items are so expensive, they leave with nothing. Pretty good food

Great experience at the Rec Room. Their pizza is amazing, traditional crust and great for a lighter meal for 2 people. The Caesar is great, thanks for still using Clamato and loading up the olives.

The Rec Room is a staple. We try to visit once a year. Unfortunately on this most recent visit, we were plagued by many broken machines. I would estimate that 20-30% of the machines were down with a red light. The Willy Wonka machine broke while we were playing it multiple times. The staff were helpful and fixed the machine a few times for us, but it definitely tempered the night. We typically spend $100-200 when visiting.

I like this place. The food was good and the ambience was simply cool! I ordered the “Lumberjack Burger” and “Prosciutto and Pear Pizza” very good! You might experience certain delay for the food but is understandable (10-20min). I recommend to come with friends, and family.

I had a very disappointing experience with the security staff at this location. Their behavior seemed to reflect subtle racial bias, particularly against non-white individuals, which made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Observed same stuff for other asian family inline too. In 2025, it’s disheartening to encounter such outdated and discriminatory attitudes. I strongly urge management to address this issue through proper training to ensure all guests are treated equally and respectfully, regardless of their background.

The games was alll fun , but the quality of the food was not fresh the service was super slow and tbh I swear I had to go to another table to take tissue from the fork and knife wrapped around like no tissue come on? Slow costumer service tbh the blue boba drink was amazing I definitely recommend that to everyone without the boba is even better
