The jerk chicken was overcooked and lacked seasoning, which was disappointing for a Caribbean restaurant. The service was slow as well
Nice Caribbean food and friendly staff
Long time customer however last visit roti was not very good. It was soggy with too much gravy. Once we got home we had to dismantle it yo eat. Disappointed 😞
A Scarborough classic! I've been going here for decades for the goat roti and doubles and the quality of the food has always been great! I never dine in, but the ladies at the counter are always friendly!
Great roti, best in TO
Solid food
Solid service
Can’t go wrong
Yummy I love this roti fresh and tasty . Had the chicken. Hubby had the shrimp. 1. Suggesting make the shrimp roti smaller to allow for less potato filling. It warmed my soul this lunch ! Drive all the way from Ayr on to Scarborough on

Let me tell you something...my grandfather told my mother, you cook the sweetest curry. He was right ! I saw a n episode on a sports channel where the wife of an American ? player made a special trip to this restaurant [ institution ] because she said her husband & his teammates only eat roti from Roti Hut and ev'rytime the boys are in town she makes a special trip to pick up a group order for roti. Let me tell you something dot dot dot. I'm no expert. I believe my mother made the sweetest chicken curry. However, I would like to congratulate and salute, Roti Hut, for their food especially the boneless chicken curry. Outstanding ! Near perfect. The meat soft, moist and very, very delicious. I closed my eyes and almost felt guilty. As weee dos say back home ???????? back home, 'Champion' ??. The effing best chicken roti in Toronto. Bar none ? ev'rybody in Roti Hut stand Up & take a bow. Well done ! ? and well worth my hard earned money

I went in today around 5:15pm. I was waiting in the line for my order to be taken but the cashier was busy screaming and talking (pretty much fighting) with her co-worker who was in the kitchen. I could hear the other person say stop screaming and take the order but the cashier was not stopping at all. Your cashier should have focused on taking order of the customers who are waiting in line first. That is very embarrassing. Food is ok. But service needs to be worked on.

Got my hands on a veggie roti today and, wow... it was incredible! This place never misses. Every bite was like a burst of flavor and comfort—my stomach is literally doing a happy dance. If you're looking for food that satisfies both your cravings and your soul, this is the spot. Plus, the cashier was so kind and accommodating—top-notch service to match the food. Highly recommend! You won’t be disappointed.

Why is this place 4.2. I was blown away. I had the oxtail with rice. I had the soup. And my first time trying doubles (I am from Jamaica, and yes it’s my first time, okay). But the food is so flavourful. I couldn’t stop eating for a picture. All that was left was bones. My only ick was the parboil rice. But it wasn’t an actual ick because the rice was also divine. I’ll be trying the roti next and that’s also an ick for me. But let’s see if they can really blow me away. That’s their namesake so I don’t expect anything less. Big up unuh self over there. Chef need a raise! ?????
