Fabulous food and a great atmosphere overall, but the dining room was freezing due to the front doors being constantly open — please bring back the curtain to keep things cozy! I also appreciated having the game on during the World Series, but it was disappointing that none of the TVs were in sync, making the viewing experience a bit frustrating.
Another small letdown — I mentioned in our reservation that we were celebrating my partner’s birthday, but we didn’t receive the usual candle on our dessert. It’s a small touch, but one that usually makes the evening feel special.

We love the Rushton!! A great local neighborhood spot that is always a great place to go. The staff and food are fantastic!!!
Overall Good service.
We love THE RUSHTON for every day and for special events ! The staff are efficient, kind and welcoming, and the delicious menu provides a variety of dishes for all types of dining needs.
The steak and fries, the steak was very hard to chew. I wouldn't recommend it. Someone could choke. I only ate the fries as the steak was hard to cut and eat.
Not to be a snob, but I was expecting more.
Average service, decent food, and a rather loud imposing atmosphere. They need double the real estate to comfortably fit the number of people they had crammed like sardines in there. I felt like I was having dinner with the table next to me and needing to contribute to their dinner table conversation.

Hadn't been here in years but my friend suggested it for lunch. Food was great! Service was prompt and professional. Lovely spot in a great neighbourhood.
The food was wonderful, as was the wine. Our server was welcoming and attentive without being intrusive. We went on a Saturday night, so the place was full and alive with all sorts of conversations. It was our anniversary, which we mentioned to our server, and they gave us a delicious surprise: the best tiramisu we've ever had. Thanks so much!
Good food and drinks, nice atmosphere, a nice neighborhood restaurant for brunch or dinner, recommend!

Excellent neighbourhood restaurant for lunch. The one server did noble service although he was rushed off his feet for most of the time.
Hard to hear as it was very noisy. After a few tables left it was acceptable. For both my friend ans me, The steak frites was tasty but the cut of meat was not great. It had a lot of sinew and not cooked medium rare rather almost too rare and not acceptable to eat. We told the server and she had I guess a manager came over and asked if we wanted another steak. Too late it was the end of our dinner. We did get a dessert to share.
Fabulous food and great atmosphere overall, but the dining room was freezing due to the front doors being constantly open — please bring back the curtain to keep the space cozy! I also appreciated having the game on during the World Series, but it was disappointing that none of the TVs were in sync — the mismatched audio and video feeds made it hard to enjoy.
Excellent specials. One of the just halibut dishes I have ever had. The burrata salad was creamy and fresh, but not runny. Full of dairy goodness. The special soup of the day was hearty and warming.

We both had the special - it was beyond excellent! Sea Bass filet with a crispy skin and cooked to perfection and lasagna stacked 30 layers high with tender silky noodles! Devine ❤️
