Was really expensive, no hot peppers or pickled turnip, toppings lacking. Was trying to find a good local shawarma.

The quality has definitely gone down since the last few months or so. Bit into a bone in my chicken wrap, and the sauces used tasted off/sour. Had to throw out my wrap in the end. This used to be my go-to wrap and pide place but may have to look elsewhere now.
Normally receive amazing service from the guys who work here, but the one person who served me the other night didn't even get up from his seat when I walked in, and was looking at his phone when I was trying to tell him my order.

i would usually never be inclined to leave a review based on a doordash experience, because i understand with delivery the quality of the food tends to drop. so i tend to temper my expectations and kind of just take it for what it is. that being said i feel like if you are unable to serve the complete advertised menu item PLEASE for the love of god just cancel my order so i don’t have to eat a falafel tortilla wrap from a place called the saj wraps😭 it just seems like really poor business practice to take payment for a food that you can not deliver on.. i don’t blame the kitchen as i highly doubt this was a decision made by the people preparing the food, or even if it was it speaks to the fact that someone somewhere is trying to just keep profit margins up without caring about the quality/ accuracy of the food being advertised. i am not necessarily opposed to trying this place again but i am definitely hesitant because i really do not want to eat any more falafel wrap on a cold tortilla. i was reading reviews before ordering and everyone was speaking highly of the saj so i was definitely excited to try it and just… being met with a cold wet tortilla was really not what i was expecting for my night. flavours were tasty and the veggies were fresh but unfortunately that doesn’t outweigh the importance of good bread.

I had tried Saj Wraps in boustan,Montreal before, so I was on the lookout for something similar in Toronto. My friend Katie and I stopped by last Thursday night, and it was a great find.
There was only one person working—Sawn—and he truly impressed us. Super friendly, humble, and fast. He recommended the Zaatar with chicken, falafel wraps, and the sujuk pide. We ordered all three, and they were fresh, packed with flavour, and absolutely delicious.Despite handling multiple orders alone, Sawn had our food ready in just 12–15 minutes. His positive attitude and speed really stood out.The place has a cozy vibe, great service, and amazing food. It’s a true hidden gem, and I’ll definitely be coming back with more friends soon!

This is one of the best shawarma spots in Toronto! I’m so so glad I live close to Saj Wraps and it has easily become one of my weeknight meals. Ingredients are always fresh and healthy!! steak and veggie shawarma are the highlights for me. Shoutout to Sahadat and Moin!

This is our go to spot for a lazy weeknight meal, and we order from here at least once a week. The bread is freshly baked, unlike most shawarma or wrap spots, and the ingredients are fresh and good quality. Very clean, and very unique compared to more greasy grubs. Shahadat, Moin, and the rest of the staff is super nice to talk to as well.

Came across this place by chance on my walk and I can say it’s definitely worth trying something off their menu.
I ended up going with their pepperoni pide (halal) and watched the staff member make it fresh for me. The wait wasn’t too long and I’m glad they packaged it in a box, made it easy for my picnic!
The pide was the right portion for 1-2 people and it was the perfect amount of doughy and cheesy.

The food is good, but they need to work on their customer service. Also, it's not very clean inside. I think this place is best for take out and not dine in
