I tried it with 2 friends on a Wednesday evening. Not many people so very chill. There is a concert zone nearby, so it must be quite busy in the fds. Price a little high ($9-10 a beer). Not too much choice but given the small cabin serving as a bar, it's not surprising! The place is still pretty and on the water's edge.
I had a blast here for the caribana after party !! Aug 3 after the Clash! What a night! It was awesome!!

Really nice place to stop for a cold drink. The Slip has a great view of the water. The drinks and food menu is a bit limited but the vibe is great. Also they do not have bathrooms on site. You have to use the public bathrooms that are pretty close. I have been there a couple of times and both times there was no lineup and we got great seats.
