Disgusting behaviour from the services why they treat us like we are not human beings my Bengali friend had to come out and translate to the girl in the front so she knows we are Bengali this embarrassing I’m gonna post more on other social media cause I have a recording of the whole footage of what happened cause this wasn’t the first time I’m gonna take actions cause we don’t need this type of restaurant in our neighborhood

Every single item was cold except for the paratha. Which I bet was left over heated up to. The girl at the counter heated up tandoori chicken in the microwave!!!! Tandoori chicken is suppose to be freshly grilled. Got fish curry, cold! That means nothing was cooked this morning including kalabhuna. It’s hilarious how everyone raves about their food. Well guess what, you are eating leftovers.
I have ordered beef kala bhuna though door dash.Believe me it was the best khala bhuna I have ever had in canada.It was almost same taste as Bangladesh. Spicy grill is best for deshi food.But the quantity of beef was not too much as compared to the price.If they can upgrade the quantity of beef its gonna be the best deal.

I ordered chotpoti for takeout. Who puts whole garam masala like cardamom as well as chopped ginger in chotpoti? I was biting elaichi and ginger in every bite. Also the crisps (supposed to be fuchka shells) were something else and had old oil smell.

The restaurant needs to do something about their heating. There is no point in coming to the restaurant when you need to shiver the full time you are eating. The food also gets cold so fast because of the interior temperature. Cannot enjoy your meal.
