They do not give enouh rice the price of their food has increased by 3 dollars every 3 months. The food cost almost 30.00 with little rice they do not give you a full money worth plate of rice. The meat taste good but the chicken needs to be cut smaller and seasoned properly. The rice should be plated fisrt as a full plate then meat on top. Food ia good overal

The Suya skewer (although a bit pricey) is a very flavourful stick of meat! Staff is also quite friendly, and the plantain is great too.

Worse jollof rice I have ever had! The food came in cold even thought they are only 11 mins from me. I was served burnt jollof rice. The bottom of the pot that should be thrown in the garbage was served to me. I couldn’t eat it because the food is burnt, very dry and taste bitter. I’m not sure how anyone would even do this. I called them before leaving a review, no answer . I called the other location and the guy on the phone said he can’t control the other location there’s nothing he could do. Rude!

Too much meat tenderizer used on meat, so it feels pasty.

The restaurant is not there anymore. Do not waste your time to drive to the downtown location. I don’t know why they do not take it off google map. So unprofessional. Please update it on google.

My sis and I got two plates - the jollof with rice and coleslaw, mine had bbq chicken and theirs was beef. The lady who greeted us was very kind, and eventually we got our food after it was warmed up. I also got the chilled milo drink with my order. Ended up being over $50 with two drinks. For the sake of the beef being dry, and the food a little too salty than necessary (rice and meat), felt it could have been cheaper for the plates later in the day. Overall decent food, but quality/price could have been more realistic for customers.

The food was very cold, meat had no taste but the coleslaw was great! Customer service was good. I paid $22.60 for something that was not very tasteful. I rather go to an authentic Caribbean restaurant????

The only thing good was the coleslaw. The rice tasted like the seasoning was expired or old. The meat tasted old, and was very tough. The food overall was not hot…and was a disappointment. Waste of money, waste of time.

Ordered on Door Dash and was pleasantly surprised. I had the Jollof rice with Beef Suya and coleslaw. The beef suya was the best I’ve had in Canada, the coleslaw was exactly like you would get it at a Nigerian party. The Jollof rice was good too, and it had some stew on top which was a nice surprise. It is a bit expensive for what it is, but compared to the other Nigerian restaurants in Toronto it’s a bit cheaper considering the portion size. I’ll definitely be ordering again, maybe I’ll check them out in person as well.
