I have been coming to this establishment for years now and I am so happy to say the the customer service is just on a next level 5 stars everytime!, long story short I love this place and will always come back.

The Firkin Burger... Wow!!!
It's ridiculous to think but it's better than any burger that I've tried including Webers, Wahlburger, Bobby Flays, Ramsay or anywhere.

This is not a proper Firkin. The menu is limited and the kitchen sends out garbage. I was lucky to have ordered the burger with tater tots, but my companion was very unlucky, and felt sick afterwards. His fish and chips were terribly overcooked and hard as a rock. Why is the Firkin label still on this pub? That's the ONLY reason we went there. Disappointing.
