A delightful experience!! Visited this place on Wednesday afternoon
• Savory options: Finger sandwiches (e.g., cucumber, smoked salmon, egg salad), quiches, or savory pastries.
• Sweets: Scones with clotted cream and jam, macarons, petit fours, and other pastries.
• Tea selection: A variety of teas, such as Earl Grey, Darjeeling, chamomile, or green tea.
The scones were so scrumptious and savoury with the cheese and jam! A little bit on the pricy side but worthy the experience
The waiter was very nice and informative!!
We took my mum here for her birthday this year and it was a lovely experience from start to finish. There was a ride range of cocktail and tea options, the atmosphere was stunning and the food was good as well. My family all had the normal afternoon tea while I had the gluten free option- they all loved their sandwiches, cakes and scones and thought it was amazing. Mine was good also, but I wouldn't say it looked as nice and the options were a bit more limited. Other than that, our servers were brilliant and very attentive and the atmosphere was lovely for a celebration!

Booked a high tea at Windsor Arms on Sunday Nov 3 at 3 pm. Shocked when we got there to find an extremely loud wedding party going on in room beside tea service. Shocked that the hotel did not inform us about this. We left in disgust.
The best afternoon tea in the city!

I went to the Windsor Arms for afternoon tea with 2 girlfriends on a Sunday afternoon. The hotel is really beautiful and tea rooms are super cute. We all really enjoyed the tea but some of the food didn't meet our expectations. They had an egg yolk sandwich on toast with asperagus. The bread was stale/dry as if it had been toasted then left out to harden. It was hard to eat bc the bread was hard to bite. In addition to the above, it didn't have much flavour, not even salt, and was quite bland. The salmon sandwich and quiche were delicious though. The scones were good, though no butter was served and there wasn't enough jam and clotted cream for the amount of scones we had. For the sweets, we enjoyed the pistachio dessert and the chocolate cake. The macaron, however, was super disappointing. It tasted either over cooked or old as the cookies parts were kind of hard and too chewy instead of crisp on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside as they should be. You couldn't bite it without all of the filling being squished out from the middle. The other disappointing thing from our visit was the service. From the beginning, we had to wait a while for a hot water top up. Then, when we were finished our server was nowhere to be found. We didn't eat all of our scones and waited a long time to find him and ask for a box. Then we had to get up and go to the lobby to pay because though we waited, he never came back after giving us the boxes. Anyways, if this were somewhere else or less expensive I wouldn't really complain about the above, but when the bill comes to over $100 with tip I expected better. The service is one thing but for $100 you shouldn't be getting stale food at the least.
We definitely enjoyed the ambience, the location, and the tea. We loved the scones and the quiche and the desserts. My sons had the regular high tea and didn't enjoy the little sandwiches as much, but I'm sure if they were adults they might have enjoyed them more. It would be nice if they had a kids option for the high tea with more child friendly sandwiches. I had the vegetarian option and it was delicious and I enjoyed, almost all of them. Server was fantastic. We never felt rushed. The atmosphere was peaceful yet lively if that's possible. I think the price was very reasonable for this type of experience and I know I've paid more for similar so all in all I think it was a very pleasant experience with great value for money.
I have been planing in going there for year but i always want to share this experience with someone special. This experience was fantatic and we loved the tea choices we made. The food was great. But if I may suggest to improve on the salmon sandwich as it had a strong fishy after taste. Other than that everything was exquisit! Salva also was very helpful and always had a smile while serving us.
The service and staff are exemplary as always. They anticipate your needs and are thoughtful and timely. The food is well prepared and presented. A very pleasant room for afternoon tea.
I took my sister to the Tea Room at the Windsor Arms Hotel for her birthday on a Monday afternoon. It was everything that we would have hoped for. The room was pretty, the mood was relaxing, the food was beautifully presented and delicious (and filling!), and the server was thoughtful and helpful. It was a terrific high tea and we'd go again!

I can't recommend the Tea Room at Windsor Arms more - the staff and service were incredibly lovely and the food was fresh and delicious. The staff were also attentive about dietary restrictions and allergies since all the food is made fresh, which had a wonderful balance of savoury and sweet. The tea selection had a great variety and if you're someone who partakes in alcohol, there were some lovely cocktail options on the menu. I will definitely come back to Windsor Arms for their Tea Room again!
We went to the Windsor Arms for a bachelorette, service and food was incredible. The attention to detail, the decor, and tea service was fantastic. Presentation was amazing, I'd love to go back again.
Overall lovely place and experience. It did take WAY too long to get the gluten free scone at the table. Everyone else was nearly done by the time hers arrived, and the consistency of the gluten free scone left much to be desired. For what you're paying here that should really be addressed.
It was a lovely experience from beginning to end. The food was great. The staff was superb and extremely helpful. The choices of tea was varied and did not disappoint. Loved the china settings too! One of the ladies in our party had a food allergy and they were so careful to ensure there was no cross contamination, but still made her feel included and special. Thank you Windsor Arms Hotel and your wonderful staff from Reservations to wait staff in the Tea Room. I couldn't be more pleased!
Great find in Yorkville. Traditional tea service with all the extras. Menu will be adapted for diet restrictions (they even called me on the morning of our reservation to clarify our dietary needs). Everyone from Peter the doorman who welcomed us, Anya (sp?) who checked our hats and sat us at the prime table in front of the fireplace to Nakul and Solon our servers are just fantastic. Highly recommended for a special afternoon. Don't forget to take home a canister of their special teas. Nice touch.
