The butter tart has sticky crunchy exterior & a light & fluffy interior as if you’re eating clouds. ☁️ ?Then there was the frangipane filled croissant topped with roasted almonds and an orange syrup - it did notttt disappoint. The flavors were harmonious my tummy was dancing ? ?Love me some quality bakery ?
Incredible pastries and desserts! Full of flavour and perfection. Thoroughly enjoyed this seasons cheese board croissant for 2. The variety of flavours was so good! We also picked up some eggnog, chantilly cream, and chocolate ganache. Everything tasted amazing!
Truly some of the best patisserie in the city. They invented a cheeseboard that is a croissant. They deserve awards for this.
This is one of my FAVOURITE places to go when I visit Toronto. Delectable, mouth-watering, works of art greet me each time. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure customers are genuinely happy even when faced with miserable people that complain about things that are not in their control. Their safety protocols make me feel safe and I know it’s because they care about the staff and customers. Can’t wait to visit again.
My favourite patisserie in Toronto! Staff are welcoming. Everything on the menu is delicious. Some of my personal favourites: Croque Croissant, Pain au Chocolate, Croissant aux Amandes and the TTR Truffled Croissant Cheeseboard. The TTR Truffled Croissant Cheeseboard is AMAZING, photos attached from an order I placed during the summer. Highly recommend.
Super delicious pastries at a reasonable price. I got the ham and cheese croissant and pain au chocolat. Flakey and buttery goodness for the croissants. For sure one of the best pâtisseries/viennoiseries in Toronto.

We dropped by the Tempered Room for a quick breakfast and got 2 croque croissants (warmed up) and the mushroom pastry and French onion soup pastry to bring home. They were insanely amazing, I can’t even decide which we liked best. The ingredients they use in the pastries are such great quality and well thought. I thought the French onion soup one would just be stuffed with cheese and caramelized onions but it’s like woven in so every bite was delicious and balanced. I’m already thinking of reasons to go back to the area and get more. Service was amazing and the decor was really cool.
This is by far the best patisserie in the city, and one of the best I've tried in any city, include Paris herself. Their immense talent, and the care they put into their pastries is evident by the consistent perfection. I also love their longer hours on the weekend, and that they do a few bakes a day, so there's always something delish to try, even if you missed what you came for. That's how I discovered their French Onion Soup Rolls, and I'm so glad I did!! Our new and fave Saturday morning tradition. Also, whoever runs their Instagram has zero chill, in the best way. Love that they hold their own!
Got a vegan sandwich . Very burnt and very greasy. Feels like I'm eating cancer. And the texture... coal?I soaked up the oil with two kitchen paper but it made no difference.12$ for a mouthful of waste. It's not that I don't want to eat it. I'm scared to.Update to owner response:Yes, the sandwich looks good and it also looks like I've taken a bite out of it. Try looking at the images next time. If the first bite is not good, why should the second bite be any better? If it's burnt, it’s burnt. There is a difference between the smokey flavour of charred food and the bitter flavour of burnt food. Also, you accuse me of attacking non-profit businesses when I have not attacked any other non-profit businesses. You are the only non-profit business that I have left honest opinions about. In fact, your charred sourdough is the only thing that I'm criticizing. If you want to degrade me, at least get your facts right. Just so you know, I also got a flan from your shop and it was delicious. My two other friends bought a Chocolatine aux Amandes, French Omelette Croissant, and some other pastries which they thought were all very good. My post is only about your sandwich. That's it.

Hello TTR team,Many thanks for my order today! It was definitely worth the drive from Hamilton. It was the perfect day to picnic along the TO Boardwalk and enjoy the Mid Summer Night Dreams with my husband. It was such a beautiful piece of art and every bite delicious to the end.
What a lovely, delectable bakery in Parkdale! The French onion soup bun was so unique and we had one of the best croissants/breakfast croissant sandwiches in the city (the layers are incredible!)
I am right now eating a pain au chocolat from the Tempered Room and am certain it is the most sublime croissant I have ever eaten. Run to purchase one with promise in your heart before they’re sold out - you will not be disappointed.
One of the best croissants in the city. I also had an iced americano which was perfect. The interior is beautiful and unique.
My not quite 2 year old daughter insists that this is the place for the best chocolate croissant in the city. As her mama, it’s the only place I’ll let her have one because I trust the quality of the ingredients. But the pastry speaks for itself, it is the best croissant from here to Paris. The same goes for their sourdough! Thank you for continuing to make it through the pandemic. Your dedication does not go unnoticed.
