Do eat at this location.

They also will not give you a bill of sale. Not recommended for any corporate event or party.

Do not eat at this location. Staff did not have full shirts on and the armpit went all over my food. The food was not well done and the staff were rude.

The washrooms are so dirty and the staff will not clean them.

Please staff are not welcoming.
They do not take interac and charge a $3.50 fee to us ATM at the back of the store.

It's a great place to have a bite. Busy, excellent service, lovely patio outside (not too much sun), music, great food, price is affordable. It's a great spot for a student, and the life scene is also fantastic. Overall nice to have on the busiest block of the city. Refreshing. Has daily special

The music is good. There's a lot of old pop music.
On busy days, it is very difficult to find the responsible server.
You have to wait all day to make eye contact.
David card does not work. I paid in cash and left. lol..

I wanted to sit in the front and the Waiter made me go all the way to the back, even when I asked her first for it...

While I understand the need for ID checks near a university, turning away visibly older patrons in a half-empty restaurant reflects poorly on management. They were more interested in avoiding service than upholding standards. Do better.

They water down their liquor. No question about it.

Increased their prices a little to fight off inflation but still cheap. I got the spicy chicken sandwich which was good; crispy, sweet and spicy.the waitress that served us was really attentive and made sure my water was always full. Definitely recommend coming for a cheap meal!

Absolutely horrible service by your waiters. Teach your staff some manners, and then have them on the floor. This location is an absolute no go. The drinks and food were also terrible.

We visited Toronto from Swansea uk, the Yonge St Warehouse was a brilliant find, great choice of food and beers, the staff were very friendly and helpful, if I lived in Toronto this would be my go to place.

Inattentive waitress forgot to bring three drinks we ordered to our table, and then attempted to charge us for them at the end, but luckily we caught the "mistake" before processing our payment.

Always remember to check your bills before paying here!

After waiting forever to get additional orders taken, we asked one of the hostesses if we could get up and just order drinks at the bar instead, thinking that it would expedite the process... But we were told no, and that we needed to wait for our waitress (who was still taking her sweet time).
Meanwhile, the two bartenders are just standing there chatting it up with each other... Make it make sense?

Either be a full service restaurant, or be a bar. The weird in-between thing is insane.

Management needs to get their shit together and start coming down harder on the front of house staff for their abysmal customer service. The servers need to be held accountable, or trained better.

If you enjoy sitting around wasting your time, go to Young Street Warehouse. Better yet, walk down the street and go to 3 Brewers instead where they don't ignore your table like an adopted stepchild

At age 50 plus and on holiday, we were absolutely shocked when me and my partner were refused entry because we had no ID. Don't get me wrong we were flattered, but for sure we don't look like young pups any more and we know it. Absolutely shocking for tourists on holiday. Plenty of better places to go in the city.
