This place was on my list for a very long time. I finally got the chance to be here on a very cold winter evening; for me the food was good but the portion size in proportion to the value of money wasnt justified to me. The masala in the benne dosa was like a spoon full and thats about it, it was disappointing. The podi idli was okay. The paneer momos were too garlicky and the tea tasted like the ready-made one, not the fresh one you expect to get at a cafe/restaurant. The ambience and vibe of the place was very nice and the staff was very good too. But unfortunately the food was not upto the mark. After spending 52$, me and my plus one was still hungry and had to get take out’

The food was perfect. Reminded me of the Dosa's at Bangalore. Sneha and Harman were very helpful in guiding us through the various options in the menu. 🙏😊
My second visit to Thindi Cafe was made memorable because of Rushi. A sweet person who helped us choose the right dish and we enjoyed all his care and company.

Best place downtown if you’re looking for authentic South Indian breakfast
The food here really amazing, this is my second visit this is the place i guess which has the best benne dosa in town. They are providing some good quality food and service which really deserves an appreciation. A special mention to rushi for the service. See you soon again for that crispy dosa!!!❤️

Overall great food. Loved the filter coffee, and the Vada was warm, soft inside and crispy on the outside.
Rushi made us feel welcome & helped get us what we need. Worth a visit if you’re missing dosa, and are in downtown. Proximity to the city makes this easier for sure.

My friend and I ate here on Saturday night and the food was excellent. We were served by Bishal, who was a terrific host and very welcoming.
Some dishes were really good like Dabeli. Didn’t like the garlic Maggi much though. Service exceptional by gaurav and vishal.Atmosphere was also nice.
