I had been going to Ti Carlo for some time and before Helder the DJ was supper nice. I went back last night and the new DJ is rude and disrespectful with the people doing karaoke. I will go back but now I will be careful and sing only 2 songs so the DJ doesn’t get upset with me.

This bar is breaking the rules outlined in City of Toronto 'Municipal Code Chapter 709,' which prohibits smoking within nine meters of its entrance or exit. It's vile to walk by or wait for the bus in front because there are always up to five of their customers from the bar smoking outside. They toss their lit cigarettes into the street, and the smell is disgusting, making waiting for the bus a health risk. This blatant violation demands immediate action by the city.
