Brown sugar Boba tastes like straight up Molasses. I don't even mind Molasses, but was expecting brown sugar. I don't taste any brown sugar. You should call it Molasses boba tea because I wasn't expecting a cup of Molasses with ice.

My visit to Tiger Sugar was amazing. The temperature inside was perfect for a quick break from the summer heat, and their popping boba are the best! Thank you, Jennifer for the 5 stars service. Will definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Easily the worst bubble tea I’ve ever had and I’ve tried Kin Kin bubble tea at agincourt mall. We got the tiger Mango Sago. There was a buy one get one free deal on Uber eats. If I soaked a piece of lime in a cup of water for 10 minutes it would have had more flavour. We also tried the mango coconut jelly jasmine green tea. That one actually was alright but not enough to salvage this experience. I won’t be returning.

absolutely adore it here . the staff are always rlly friendly and the orders are always on point (even the complicated ones lol). theres so many options on the menu and if you want to add toppings, reduce sugar or ice, or just customize your drink any way, they will remember what u change i promise. also, if you're really tired there are chairs you can sit on which is always great lol. also on a hot day dw they have ac. theres always music playing annnnnnd it smells good hehe

I ordered 2 portions of boba + mochi for takeaway from Uber. Although it has 0 sugar, I know it will be very bland, but when you add the two portions of pearls, it tastes like water + it’s hard to eat. Who can drink pearls that are hard on the inside and rotten on the outside? Comfortable? If you use fresh milk for your milk tea, what about the flavor of your tea? Just adding water and pearls will taste better than yours. Please don’t do this for quality control. Workers who drink milk tea at work and are forced to drink this kind of thing will really feel bad. Thank you Tiger Hall.
