Tiger Sugar is one of the best bubble tea shops in Toronto. The service we had from Kano was outstanding. She was attentive, very quick and gave great recommendations. We loved the waffles + the three bubble teas we got (milk tea, grape green tea and mango sago). Highly recommended 🤩🧋

Order was wrong, barista made a regular milk tea no pearls when I ordered a taro pudding tea latte. By the time I noticed I was already far and store about to close, all thanks to the non-clear cups. Very disappointed

Love this place!!! have gotten it 10+ times and the drinks have always been great, I really recommend the Mini Bobas. The costumer service is also great, kind and helpful employees.

여기 모찌 버블티는 꼭 먹어봐야함 I was walking with a friend and a staff gave us a buy 1 get 1 coupon in front of the store, so we decided to check it out for the first time. I tried the mochi bubble tea that day and I was shocked by how good it was. Since then, sometimes I visit here when I need to come to Toronto Downtown just for the mochi bubble tea.

I tried the classic milk tea, but unfortunately, it was very watered down — it tasted more like water than milk tea. It lacked the richness and flavor I expect from a classic milk tea. On a positive note, the boba was fresh and had a nice chewiness, which I appreciated. However, I'd not recommend this place for milk tea.

Really enjoyed my visit to Tiger Sugar! 🧋 I love that you can self-checkout and customize everything - from sweetness level to add-ons like boba. The bubble tea itself was excellent, perfectly balanced and super flavorful.
The location is cool, the place is clean, and the whole experience feels smooth and modern. Definitely coming back!

Dropped in and ordered a mango green tea with some jelly, the drink was fine but the place needs some major sanitizing, tables with dried up stains, chairs feels sticky …given that bubble tea shops are all over the city, they need to clean up their mess.

Love this place, every time we go to downtown Toronto we make sure to visit this place
They still have the promo Thai Milk Tea on weekdays even though it's the Monday on a long weekend. I tried this drink at 50% sugar and it was perfect. The staff was nice and realized her mistake when she gave me a regular size instead of large size that I ordered. Everything was quick and the drink tasted great! I'll make an attempt to try their Milo drink in the future.
