They still have the promo Thai Milk Tea on weekdays even though it's the Monday on a long weekend. I tried this drink at 50% sugar and it was perfect. The staff was nice and realized her mistake when she gave me a regular size instead of large size that I ordered. Everything was quick and the drink tasted great! I'll make an attempt to try their Milo drink in the future.

These are dangerously good! The Tiger Mango Sago was delicious. You can taste the freshness of the ripe mango so perfectly blended with the Sago milk!

The workers here are joyful and I feel special when they greet me. I have tried the strawberry and a coffee tea and they’re both fantastic. I appreciate that I can customize my order, not every place allows for that so it’s a plus in my books when I get to choose. They have soy option for milk replacement which I like since I have lactose intolerance.

Tiger sugar is delicious as expected. It's a bit expensive, but it tastes a lot like real tea.
I have never written a negative review before and feel bad having to write this, but I do hope that the quality of the drink gets improved, as I have had a good experience at this location before. However, today, using UberEats I had ordered a BOGO Mango Coconut Jelly Jasmine Green Tea. When I started drinking the first one, it felt very bland and a little bitter (not the typical bitterness of tea). I did continue drinking it as I thought perhaps it wasn't mixed well, but it only started getting blander and worse. I decided to try the second cup, and to my surprise it was even worse, as if there was no mango syrup added. It is certainly not because of the 30% sugar I had selected as I have tried many fruit teas from other bubble tea brands and Tiger Sugar with even 0% sugar, and the fruit flavor still tasted amazing. However, it is clear that there was no mango flavor in my drinks, and I'm not sure why.
Only giving 2 stars and not 1 because the cashier was very friendly the first time I came, and the drink was also good.
