On Thursday, December 18th, around 12:45 a.m., I ordered a coffee, but it tasted burnt and not fresh at all. The customer service was also very poor. I waited in line for more than 15 minutes. The boy who served me was talking to another person while preparing the coffee and was not focused on serving customers properly. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

When asked why they no longer do breakfast after 4 the answer was because. When asked why I can't get a ham and cheddar sandwich, I dunno was the answer. Guess I don't know why your getting a 1*

Just went through the drive through about 1/2 hour ago. Ordered a chai latte, a cappuccino, toasted Multy grain bagel with cream cheese and a sesame seed bagel with butter. We were asked to wait at the front. That was a 10 minute wait and when the lady came.out. she brought us an everything bagel to replace the sesame one as they did. Ot have sesame on hand. The cappuccino is water with a slight taste of burnt coffee and did not have the sugar we requested. I went back in to get sugar but that did not help it at all.. By the time we were able to start off again. The Chai latte was cold. If they had told us they did not have a sesame bagel at the window we would have chosen something different . Worst Tim Hortons drive thru I have ever experienced. Just wasted $15.00
