We bought a few drinks today through the drive-thru and were very disappointed. First, the lady on the intercom sounded rude, though maybe that’s just how they speak so I overlooked it. But after receiving our orders, I took a sip from my drink and was shocked the bitterness. Out of doubt, I took a sip from my parents’ drinks and found that they were also made very poorly. Such a waste. We ended up having to make our drinks taste better at home, which shouldn’t be the case. Hopefully this place improves their service.

Yesterday on October 23, 2024 my friend and I met for coffee at this location. Coffee was terrible. Watery, didn't even smell like coffee. Barely warm. We couldn't drink it. For the first time in my life l had disgusting coffee in Tim Hortons, our beloved Canadian coffee shop. Just dumped in the garbage bin. Tables were dirty, crumbs and coffee rings all over the tables. Tim Hortons is more than just a coffee shop for Canadians, it is an icon, our pride and national tradition.

Employees speak in there own language and insult the customer but they forget that in canada people understand gujarati and hindi language. Diyaa please learn how to behave at work place ans don't make your customers feel uncomfortable. We don't come to tims for just standing. So far this was my favourite tims and all employees here except her were very friendly and nice but really disappointed
