The washroom was atrocious with urine on the floors and smelled terrible and didn't look like it was cleaned in days. Just unsanitary for a FOOD establishment. Get it to get together.

I am a regular customer for this store but lately the treatment from the staff hasn’t been very nice. This particular cashier that I avoid named Soheb hasn’t been good. He has a rude tone towards the customers and he’s been making my order wrong most of the time. This store needs to teach their staff how to do customer service.

I had just picked up my takeout order and left the building when unfortunately I dropped my coffee which spilled everywhere.
There just happened to be a gentleman who was going into the building and saw what happened and asked if I had just ordered and what type of coffee it was. I replied it was a regular and he explained that he worked there, I'm guessing he's the manager, and he said to come in and he'd have another for me.
If I could give ten stars, I would.

I’ve been coming to this location for about 5 years and it’s also been amazing service!! Staff is very friendly, food is always fresh and the cleanliness of the store is great!! Best Tim Horton’s in Toronto!! Highly recommend
This location has the worst customer service. Asked for less ice when ordering but still received a cup full of ice. When asked to remake I was met with unpleasant service.
The washrooms are horrendous. Men’s toilet was covered in human poo and the women’s washroom had an active leak with water on the ground and no wet floor sign.
This location is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Its really amazing to see such a great costumer service on busy location. Razu was amazing at his work. The way he comminicate and took a time to listen to our family order seems so helpful and kind. He even offered some timbits to my children.
