The manager of this Tim Hortons Sanu, runs a very smooth and welcoming restaurant. His attention to detail and customer service skills are amazing. My fiancé and I came in to redeem two reward offers and one of the offers didn’t work but he was able to override the system and honour the offer. Thanks again Sanu and team!

very well ran + maintained location. clean, kind, and efficient. i always see the owner (assuming it’s the owner) helping everyone and booting it around the store when it’s busy!

It is a coffee shop that is literally on every corner of the city of Toronto (there are also some in the United States).
It's a great place to get a local coffee at a low cost. Their stores are comfortable, clean, they have bathrooms and outlets to charge your cell phone. Impeccable to take a break after touring the beautiful city.
