I visited this location with my family for the first time and we came here for the blue jays last friday. The team was awesome. The lady i think she was the manager saw us deciding the menu and came to us to help us with some options and gave my kida some timbits. The whole team was so awesome i haven't received such kind of great hospitality from any of the tims we visit. We have booked our room in radisson again just to visit these people again and to experience great service!

I had just picked up my takeout order and left the building when unfortunately I dropped my coffee which spilled everywhere.
There just happened to be a gentleman who was going into the building and saw what happened and asked if I had just ordered and what type of coffee it was. I replied it was a regular and he explained that he worked there, I'm guessing he's the manager, and he said to come in and he'd have another for me.

I’ve been coming to this location for about 5 years and it’s also been amazing service!! Staff is very friendly, food is always fresh and the cleanliness of the store is great!! Best Tim Horton’s in Toronto!! Highly recommend
