Before the recent renovation service was good. Afterwards — one of the worst Tim's around. Today I walked out. Staff weren't unfriendly, but totally lost in space. Huge wait times.

I loved this location but the renovation made the seating area feel more cramped then before, the traditional booths were the best seats now it feels like your bumping elbows with other guests 😞

The recent renovations have made this store even more beautiful inside, with a charming wood-themed interior. The interior is very clean. The early morning staffs are especially kind, including a wonderful Asian lady with glasses—though I don’t know her name, she always provides exceptional service.

Yes this workers is very rude we had asked for ice in our french vinilla for our daughter cause its to hot for her and she had attitude and wanted to charge us extra we go there everyday also in the morning sometimes

Other than the one employee who is permanently ANGRY all the time. This Timmie's is great.
They dont call the orders and instead put them behind the counter out of reach. Then give you attitude when you ask if it’s your order. I hate the fact that this is the closest tims to my house. Employees are terrible

I personally witnessed a couple of times how rude she spake with one of the clients! Indeed it's very disappointing to see how a good place & location like this turns all the way around because of such a people.Don't understand... Why would the owner keep her there?
To speak and behave like that with the clients? Certainly she won't work there for a long time! For it does not matter how good she knows her job... The attitude towards the guests are infinitely more important!

Tall Indian man (employee), on Tuesday Sep 10, about 5pm, didn’t give me my order because I was taking my drinks from other counter, then when I was waiting for him to give me my sandwich, he said next time when you order remove your AirPods, how am I supposed to take everything at the same time from different counters? The rudeness of employees here is insane, hope management will take care of this issue.

I bought ordered above 40$ there was beagle hash brown potatoes wadges and 7 drink . When i ask for bag they refused to give me and told me to buy reusable bag which i don’t want . I request them to give me another bag which they use for delivery. I don’t like these type of service.
