Great location and the quality of food is fantastic, its clean and modern.
I haven't had a negative interaction with staff, no one is ever rude or anything, but the interactions do feel cold compared to other places I've frequented.

The coziest Tim Horton’s I’ve ever been
Everything is very nice except for one thing, they close the shops early. I wish they would stay open until 12:00 at night.
Hello, a matter of two months in which I said that everything about it is very beautiful and wonderful. What if they stay up late at night until 12:00 at night? The manager, Tim Hortons, replied that they will conduct a scientific study on the matter.

Chicken doesn’t look that good. Maybe it’s just old. I didn’t have this problem before. Usually it’s much softer and taste good

Although it is very busy and crowded, it is kept clean and has quick service, good music and excellent quality of service.

This Tim Hortons on Bloor has a lot going for it — the store itself is clean, modern, and well-maintained. It feels fresh and organized, which makes a great first impression when you walk in. The display cases are usually full, and everything looks properly stocked. So if you’re looking for a quick coffee or snack in a clean environment, it checks that box.
But where things start to fall short is the service and attention to detail.
I’ve visited a few times now and noticed the same recurring issues. Orders often come out missing small but important things — napkins, straws, or even basic condiments. These might seem minor, but when you’re on the go or taking your food back to the office, it becomes a hassle to double-check everything or go back and ask for what’s missing.
What’s more frustrating is the staff dynamic. On more than one visit, I saw some employees standing around or chatting while others were clearly overwhelmed with mobile orders and front counter requests. It created this weird sense of disconnect — like not everyone was on the same page or actively engaged in helping the team. At one point, there were several staff visible behind the counter but only one or two actually doing anything. It wasn’t just my perception either — a quick scroll through social media shows videos that highlight the same issue.
To be fair, I’ve had a few decent interactions where staff were polite and efficient. But overall, the experience can feel inconsistent, and that brings down the whole vibe — especially in a place that otherwise looks so put together.
This Tim’s has potential, and it wouldn’t take much to turn things around. Some better team coordination and a bit more attention to detail would go a long way. Until then, it’s an average experience in a great-looking space.

The asian lady at the front was very rude. Please teach your staff some manners on how to speak and serve your customers with respect.
Don't ruin our day with your bad customer service. 👎
Unfortunately, their speed of service with this new setup is extremely slow.
Extremely impressed with how clean this location is. Staff was super friendly and my order was ready in under a minute!
I came in for lunch and to my surprise the place was full of teens taking up seats and having the lunch they brought to scool and no tims stuff 🙄. No seat for me or the other people 😡 may want to change that and tell the kids to leave if not buying something!
