This was beyond a Starbucks or any other fancy coffee store. The boy who took the order was so well behaved. God bless him and the coffee I asked for was French vanilla half and half regular coffee. They work really hard under the stressful nature of this kind of job and interactions with some boorish customers at times but they manage to run things smoothly and efficiently.

It was great experience at the Tim Hortons at Dufferin Mall . The staff were so good and friendly specially the Nepali Girl helped me while ordering the food and drinks. She was so polite with the customers. Loved their food and service . Will be back soon!
