i feel for the employees, it’s not entirely their fault but they are consistently give the wrong orders to people when it’s not even busy. did a mobile order for a bagel belt and walked in and there’s a lady ripping apart the bagel and asking for a new one, and then the worker realizes it was the mobile order (mine). she then demanded another bagel and she gave her the next one that came out, in this case she should’ve given me the order since mine was destroyed by a customer. they just give it to whoever they think is going to have a fit, which isn’t fair to the nice customers. same situation where i ordered on sandwich, and lady behind me ordered the same one plus a drink, and when the sandwich came out, the lady behind me took the sandwich and got pissed at the employee asking where the rest of the order was. the employee told her it wasn’t her order. the managers or owners should implement a number or a name system so customers stop stealing each others orders and it doesn’t put the employees in an awkward position deciding who to give the food to first

The staff here are like whatever.... The guy took our order didn't ask us to scan the points card before the payment, and after I told him I have the point card, he said just scan it. It won't go into the account after the transaction, how come they don't know?
However, I wanna say the new protein drink taste good.

The orders never look like the menu ads or the commercials. Every time no matter what I order the quantity is less than shown. This is my regular location so very disappointing. Herr is a habanero bowl - messy and not appetizing looking and not “fully” loaded :(

This location (607 Eglinton has a bus stop directly in front of the store. There is a new LRT station across the road (open soon I hope). The intersection has lots of vehicular traffic, so there is No Stopping in front of the store.
I visited on a Sunday and there was adequate free parking on the side streets.
There was a short lineup, but service was efficient and excellent. I didn’t have to wait long for my food order.
I appreciate that when I called to ask about parking, the person who answered was helpful. They could have just said “there is no parking”, but they also helped brainstorm options. Thank you!

I have visited this Tim Hortons location, and unfortunately, I was disappointed with the service. The staff appeared unorganized and unprofessional, leading to long wait times and a lack of attentiveness to customers. My order was incorrect, and when I asked for it to be fixed, the response was indifferent. I understand that busy periods can be challenging, but professionalism and customer service should always be a priority. I hope management addresses these issues to improve the experience for future customers.

Worst customer service. I came here today and ordered a chai tea latte with oat milk and a breakfast sandwich with only sausage and cheese. They gave me a chai tea with almond milk and a breakfast sandwich with egg, sausage and cheese. I asked for them to change it and they were able to but it took forever because only one person seemed to be working.
