I only go here in the morning because it’s on my way to work. The coffee is good but the food is abysmal. The hash browns taste like they’ve been left out overnight and the service is really slow sometimes. There’s sometimes only 1 person working and half the time my food order is

UPDATE: They finally hired people who know what they're doing, very nice thing to see-----------------------------This has to be the slowest location in the whole city. Not only are there only two employees in the morning, they're slow and it seems like they barely know how to do their job. They barely put any cream cheese to the bagels, and their coffee always has different taste for some reason.

Anyone planning on stopping at this Tim Hortons between 5am(open and 7am do yourself a favour and find another. This has the worst customer service. I feel bad for the gentleman trying to do the app orders plus walk in.Today I got their 5:05 am I was in line till 5:20am. What?? This is ongoing since they went from 2 workers first thing in the morning to 1.Unexceptable. It’s not even the workers fault. He’s working hard it’s just he’s alone. He needs one more person helping.I won’t be coming here for my breakfast order anymore.

Everyday Monday to Friday I spend $45 everyday they get the order wrong its the closet place to the jobsite it's becoming the worst part of my day ...which is not that bad but still they got me dreading talking to them

This is a no-frills location. No bathrooms. No gift cards and often no toasters. Food has always "just run out" and the line takes a long time because there is never more than one cash and often only one person working. They even have half of the dining room blocked off for years. It honestly must be a joke.
