I want to share my experience with Tim Hortons on King Street. Their washroom is almost always closed for customers — sometimes they say plumbing issues, sometimes “out of order.” This has happened to me for the third time now, and honestly, it feels like a joke. It’s very inconvenient and disappointing for a well-known brand like Tim Hortons to have such repeated issues.
Their vanilla iced latte is really good, love to have it with almond milk. The staff named Vita was also very friendly ♥️

All the staff at this location have been nothing but friendly. One employee in particular was full of so much kindness. I believe her name was Elizabeth. She was very patient while I tried deciding what hat to eat and drink. She even gave me a wonderful selection of things to try. Would 10/10 recommend! (Someone give her raise as customer service like that is hard to find nowadays)

An official complaint has already been filed with the Tim Hortons Guest Care team against an employee named Sohaila for her demeaning and unprofessional behavior.
My wife specifically requested that her coffee be served with her food, yet the coffee was handed over immediately after billing. By the time the food arrived, the coffee was cold.
When she politely raised this concern, instead of focusing on customer satisfaction, Sohaila dismissed her by saying the coffee was “hot enough” and refused to reheat it. Her exact words were: “Nowhere in the Tim Hortons policy does it say we have to reheat the coffee for you.” I was on the phone at the time and personally heard her disrespectful tone.
This type of conduct is unacceptable and goes against the very principle of customer service. We are not asking for compensation or a refund, but we demand that Tim Hortons management take proper disciplinary action against this employee. Until this is addressed, we will not be returning to this location, and we strongly caution others about the poor service here.

I usually come to this Tim Hortons every weekend morning around 6:45, and it’s always the same issue. They only have one person working the opening shift, and it gets very busy in the mornings. Even when I order ahead on the mobile app 5 minutes before arriving, I still end up waiting another 10–15 minutes just to get my coffee and bagel.
On one visit, after waiting that long, they even got my coffee order wrong, which was extremely frustrating. For a place that’s consistently busy at that time, they really shouldn’t have just one person working the opening shift. It slows everything down and creates mistakes. I hope management takes this seriously and adds more staff in the morning, because this has been a repeated problem.
