Visited on a Wednesday lunchtime. I was served by friendly and efficient staff. I had a hot green tea which was good and was tempted by the bacon and turkey sandwich was was very good too. The prices were reasonable. It was easy to get a table, yet, by half noon the place was getting busy. The coffee shop was kept clean, however, I didn't check the washroom.

We had to ask for bags because they didn't ask us if we were dining in or taking out. Our orders got confused because they did not ask our names or give us any numbers. Then, after eating a terrible BLT I couldn't even go back and ask for a refund because they never gave me a receipt. I asked for one, but I was shuffled along in the line. The standards at this place are below even fast food.

I don’t know if I’ve ever reviewed a Tim Hortons before, but had such a lovely customer experience today, manager was in such a bright mood it made my day. Had previously been served often by a rather dour woman, this man was a welcome change of pace.

Her blatant unfriendliness and shockingly racist behavior make the environment uncomfortable and unwelcoming for anyone seeking assistance. It’s beyond frustrating to encounter someone so unprofessional and dismissive in a role that demands courtesy and respect. Her attitude is entirely unacceptable and should be addressed immediately.

The experience on Friday night was truly disheartening. The employees were not only unfriendly but also showed clear signs of bias. It felt as if they didn’t care at all, indifferent to whether the service was good or bad. It’s sad to be treated this way, and I can’t see myself ever going back there.
