All the staff at this location have been nothing but friendly. One employee in particular was full of so much kindness. I believe her name was Elizabeth. She was very patient while I tried deciding what hat to eat and drink. She even gave me a wonderful selection of things to try. Would 10/10 recommend! (Someone give her raise as customer service like that is hard to find nowadays)

The place has an amazing and comfortable atmosphere. Specifically to Elizabeth, she is very kind and smiled all the time, she worked fast in taking and making my order. And gives great customer service!!

I usually come to this Tim Hortons every weekend morning around 6:45, and it’s always the same issue. They only have one person working the opening shift, and it gets very busy in the mornings. Even when I order ahead on the mobile app 5 minutes before arriving, I still end up waiting another 10–15 minutes just to get my coffee and bagel.
