Today Dec 08 2025 around 08am after I got my order, I asked for tissue paper because it was not provided. The first staff directed me to ask another staff, coz she was doing something (I understand) ,the 2nd staff just stared at me, she was wearing black jacket, long wavy hair (not wearing a name plate).It would be nice if she cared to reply even though she cannot help me at that moment (customer service), 3rd staff- yes after repeating my requests- finally I got my tissue paper. The store was not busy at that time.

It’s really frustrating that every time oat milk or other alternative milk runs out at Tim Hortons, it takes weeks before it’s back in stock. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to keep such a popular item consistently available.
