If there were 0 stars I would have given that to this Tim Hortons. Worse customer service and tim workers showing racist behaviour towards customers. I went and asked a guy working there where should i be picking up my order and he just ignored me and kept me waiting for 10 mins without answering me. When i tried to ask him again he just looked at me and gave a pathetic look on his face and again did not reply. Many other customers were also complaining to him to improve his attitude and all he did was making faces and ignoring all of them. He wasn’t even wearing name tag.

My first time using using pay with phone app and collect points was enjoyable and easy because the lady very nice. I live with anxiety disorder and have had Tim's coffee once in the past two years.

u realize if I'm there, standing at the counter with my cash money in my hand, tryin to order a donut, but walk out bcus the counter staff are taking WAY too long to fill the order(s) b4 me or they don't know what a honey crueller is, that means, u had a sale and u lost it! Ever since COVID started this location has NOT been able to hire staff that are not super P-O'd about being there and serving what u sell. I have a jar I keep the $ in when I walk out of your location & I've saved over $1000 since March 2020!!!! it would be even MORE, but now I mostly just go to the Dufferin store, they're fast AND polite there.seems like your counter staff does NOT want to be there.

I came to the store and claim for the survey receipt, but sadly, the crew said they dont accept it, but in receipt says 'paticipating tim hortons in canada,' and last time, i claimed 2 survey discount!!!Weird, but i think they are racist,they only serve the people they know,some also are rude.well, what can we say. I recommend not to come to this store.???

Came here this morning to get a coffee and two bagels, they took 20minutes to just do that. Needless to say, this location is literally not functioning. By the time I left there was a que all the way to the front door. Where's the manager of this location?

There is a very rude fat ugly woman that has no respect that works there. Racism from that same cashier!!!!!All the rest of them is okay. Except the very slim nice brown girl that prepares the food.Honestly!!! I would prefer to eat from another Tim Hortons!!!!

I never thought I'd leave a review for Tim Hortons. But this time I've had the worst customer service ever experienced. Staffs here are lazy and nothing is available on the menu except for coffees and donuts in the middle of store hours. Staffs give attitude towards customers too. Worst worst worst Timmy you can ever imagine. Store manager lacking in hiring good staff.
