I wanted to update my previous review. After sharing my experience, the team reached out and immediately made things right. They remade my French Vanilla perfectly and even gave me a free donut, which I really appreciated.
Mistakes happen, but the way they handled it showed great customer service. Thank you to the staff and manager for taking the time to fix the situation — it definitely made a difference.

Zero hospitality . I just asked for the survey code from the team member . First of all he refused me to give survey code. Then i tried to read his name from his badge he dont have her name on the badge , then whats the role of the badge if you dont have your name on it. Secondly , the guy standing on the left side making drinks he rudely told me “can you stand on the other side “ . If you dont have patience then theres no need to work in hospitality sector .

I have never had such a bad experience in this place. It is small and has so many people working there that they really don't do their job because they keep talking to each other. I am truly disappointed with this place. Bad service and bad manners when talking to customers.

Been to this location a bunch of times. I have to say that when Ureeda is working the coffee is always good and so is the service. I’ve had times when it’s been terrible but gotta give it to them in this tough spot. 🙌🏼
