Terrible service and unprofessional staff. The staff will shoo you away when there is literally only 3 people in the line. Ordered latte but received a regular iced coffee without any explanation. Truly horrible experience. Do yourself a favor and find another Tim Hortons store, please.

I visited Tim Hortons recently and had a great experience, thanks to Aman. She made one of the best cups of coffee I’ve had in a long time—perfectly brewed and full of flavor. You can tell she really cares about what she does. Her service was kind, professional, and made my visit even better. Thank you, Aman, for the delicious coffee and wonderful service!

I have been getting my morning coffee here now for 3 months.
It’s made exactly the same every time.
Shout out to Missy who always has a positive attitude and smile. The best server ever!
Thank you

It's so messy and dirty!! No one cleaned here!
There was a long line and only one person attending to everyone.
Literally the fasted Tim Horton'r in town
The two ladies that served me today were incredibly UMPROFESSIONAL. While i was ordering they were talking to eachother and interrupting me while getting my order in, it didnt help at all that they were handing my order items at me WHILE I WAS STILL ORDERING. They didnt get my full order in because one kept on walking around getting the items already and the other lady popped in to take the rest of it??? Look I dont expect a fine dining experience at a fast food place, but learn to NOT distract your co-workers while they are working and risk just upsetting the customer in the process.
I ended up missing an item i wanted to order because of that absolute chaos. Learn to not be chatter boxes to co-workers on the job, theres a time and place for that behaviour. The only reason why I’ve given two stars is because atleast the food is always okay. The staff here is always a toss up however!
I highly recommend the Timhortons on the lowest level of the MARS building (literally across the street and its an easy route from queens park station). They’re far more professional and get the job done and I havent had any issues with food here.
The scrabble eggs are way too spicy. It was inedible. I am glad you carry choc. milk and toasted coconut donuts though.

Good service 👍
Ordered Candy Cane HC and the cup was only half full with no candy canes. Cashier was very rude.

Came in today during Santa Claus parade. Was genuinely impressed with how well they were operating despite lines being out the door. They were organized. Service was quick and it didn't feel hectic considering how many guests were packed inside. Kudos to the team working!

This Tim is located in a busy place, next to a Subway and surrounded by hospitals and other businesses. The location is clean and organized. Interior has the typical Tim look along with lots of indoor and outdoor seating arrangements. Staff were accommodating and friendly. At times, during rush hours, the place gets really crowded. Overall, it's a great Tim location.
