Why do I always go to this same Tim’s location?

Worse experience ever. The employees are so rude. I simply was just asking about a drink and if it had sugar. The rude employee just keep on yelling making faces and saying can’t you read it’s in the title of drink “sugar-free….”. I was just confirming because I have diabetes, and there was no need for her to yell and embarrass me. This incident happened at Nov 3 around 1pm. I had previously ordered the same drink, and my glucose went spiked really high despite it saying sugar free vanilla protein latte. So I just wanted to make sure. I did nothing wrong by asking.

They are RUDE.
The service generally takes 10-15 minutes even when not busy. Staff regularly screw up orders and cannot speak good english. Items are frequently out of stock and they will only bother to tell you after you have paid and are waiting for it.

Aside from the fact that the cashier can barely speak English, is it normal to be told we just dont have coffee? Is this a coffee shop, and is it currently open? This company has become a sad joke, and should be boycotted by all real Canadians.
