I used to like going here. Unfortunately a lot newer people are working that don’t have urgency when taking orders or serving. And seems really under staff during busy time. Hopefully over time they can fix it

I usually receive excellent service at this location, but today there was a miscommunication with my order as the front counter staff was new and it was very busy. While I was politely explaining the issue to another staff member, an employee named ‘Missy’ interrupted, saying they didn’t have time because of mobile orders, and told me to “chill.” This felt very disrespectful. Please remind her to treat customers with respect, especially when we are being respectful....

I visited Tim Hortons recently and had a great experience, thanks to Aman. She made one of the best cups of coffee I’ve had in a long time—perfectly brewed and full of flavor. You can tell she really cares about what she does. Her service was kind, professional, and made my visit even better. Thank you, Aman, for the delicious coffee and wonderful service!
