Today around 12 p.m., I was served by a young woman who, unfortunately, was not very courteous. I ordered a chocolate hazelnut muffin, but I was given a chocolate chip muffin instead. When I asked to exchange it, she pointed out that the other muffin was more expensive. I told her that was fine and that I could pay the difference, and I took out my card.

She then said she would give me the correct muffin as an extra because the other one would be discarded, and added that next time I should “pay attention.” I found this remark unnecessary and quite rude, as no customer should be addressed that way. A simple, polite exchange would have resolved the issue.

I have been a Tim Hortons customer for many years, and I was very disappointed with the service I received today. I was carrying my work trolley, so perhaps she misinterpreted my situation, but regardless, the comment was inappropriate.

As a suggestion, I believe reviewing customer service practices could be helpful. Experiences like this can negatively affect the reputation of the coffee shop.

Very inconsistent on their drinks.

Went yesterday to get a biscoff coffee and croissant, everything was good!

Came back today for another biscoff coffee, yet it only taste 3in1 coffee, no biscoff at all! I tried to complain yet she just added coffee and changed the lid. Such a bad customer service too!!!

Don't Bother

I chose immediate on my mobile order for two wraps, 30 minutes waiting🙂🙂, don’t know what the staff are doing but they are understaffed and rude.

Please be nicer with your elderly customers. I witnessed the short lady staff who works there has an attitude that isn’t justified. When customers are kind, the same is expected back.

This Tim Hortons has really slid downhill on service. For example, staff person tried to over charge me and was rude about overcharging me :(
She finally gave me a refund and new receipt.
On my next visit I got a bland flavor ice cap in a leaky cup. I see why this location has a 3.6 out 5 score. Many unhappy customers 😕

I have ordered the Chilli, it is like water texture, Yesterday I have been to Vaughan Mills, it is totally different, the texture is thicken then your store, please make it better in the future.
