Every time I come here i have to flag someone down to get them to start my order because something was missing and they didn't bother to follow up. I keep getting told it's coming and to be patient and then I finally get someone to listen and they weren't making it because they were out of skim milk or the flavor or something

I had the worst Tim Horton service here ever! Absolutely ever! It was horrible. I ordered a buffalo bowl and it took them 25 minutes to tell me they don't have it. I'm just waiting and waiting to only find out they don't have my order. Ridicules! Plus, the lady was laughing and I couldn't even understand what she was saying to me. I ended up with their grill chicken and it was gross. I used my points and wasted it. Very disappointed. Shame on Tim Hortons.

I received average service. I asked for everything bagel with butter and extra large coffee. I received coffee which was good but not mixed sugar well. I got bagel with jam . I did not order jam. Guys was not serious while taking order he did not listen properly. Thanks one guy (without name tag) refund my money for jam which force me to give 3 star instead of zero. I got finally bagel. I request head office to do audit properly because staff was not in proffer uniform name was missing. They don’t had proper iced splash to put spoon. Next time must come for audit in evening around 8pm. Thanks for returning my money.

I will visit again in few if will get excellent service I will change my review and stars. Management should give practical training how to take order that new videos are not enough.

Actually I just went to have coffee but while ordering the guy was vary rude I had disappointed experience I was thinking he will assist me instead he raised voice and said to left the counter before my order it was my bad experience with him I never recommend my friends this location of time

One staff member of this tim is so unprofessional He do not have sense of speaking and greeting customers he always talks in a rudely way to customers .

I’ve had enough of this location. The staff (means only one guy)here is consistently rude and unprofessional. Every time I come in, I’m greeted with eye rolls and sighs, like my presence is an inconvenience to them. There is only one guy who always does this to me and my friends .

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Tim. Not only was his customer service unprofessional, but he was also rude and dismissive. Instead of assisting me with my issue, he raised his voice and made me feel unwelcome. It's unacceptable to be treated that way as a customer, and I won't be returning. Highly recommend avoiding this place if you're looking for respectful service.

This location service is terrible. I was handed dirt water this morning instead of coffee.
I raised the issue online with the customer service and they are no help too. If anyone is reading this, avoid this location.

Usually place an online and getting my drinks smoothly without any problems. Today wasted 10 minutes of my time to get my drink, because their online order system wasn’t working, just to be told that their machine is not working. It’s not so hard to put a notice that your machine is broken and stop wasting people’s time. Absolutely unprofessional and frustrating. Not coming back.

Very bad service. There was one lady at cashiers. Her name start from d . May be dire not sure. Her language is also not good. Even don’t have manners hows to speak with customer. I also want to scan my points card and she just shouted at me in fornt of everyone. I will never visit this place next time.

*Foodcourt Level Tims across from Metro. Ordered my Simply Sausage, NO cheese. Stressed the NO cheese aspect because they always give me the cheese lol. Waited patiently for 15 min and nothing, no food came! I then asked for my food. I get it and guess what was there? CHEESE! Exceptionally poor service. I told them to keep my order, keep my money and left. I will never return.
