Worst place for tea or coffee more over service is too poor doesnt have even a bag for the food that they provide and my food fell from my hand because there was alot food

Tim Hortons is a great place with excellent customer service. The staff are friendly, efficient, and always ready to help. What makes the experience even better is the supportive management. The supervisors are approachable and professional, always making sure everything runs smoothly. A truly welcoming and well-managed place!

Ordered a medium hazelnut cold brew with extra shot of hazelnut. I was standing right behind and watching them do it. They charged a dollar extra but never actually add it. This is the 3rd time it happened on this location.

Standard Tim's offerings. This location's sevice is slow, and the lineup/pickup/dine-in layout is chaotic.

Best time is early or late to get the most efficient experience.

Every time I come here i have to flag someone down to get them to start my order because something was missing and they didn't bother to follow up. I keep getting told it's coming and to be patient and then I finally get someone to listen and they weren't making it because they were out of skim milk or the flavor or something

I had the worst Tim Horton service here ever! Absolutely ever! It was horrible. I ordered a buffalo bowl and it took them 25 minutes to tell me they don't have it. I'm just waiting and waiting to only find out they don't have my order. Ridicules! Plus, the lady was laughing and I couldn't even understand what she was saying to me. I ended up with their grill chicken and it was gross. I used my points and wasted it. Very disappointed. Shame on Tim Hortons.

I received average service. I asked for everything bagel with butter and extra large coffee. I received coffee which was good but not mixed sugar well. I got bagel with jam . I did not order jam. Guys was not serious while taking order he did not listen properly. Thanks one guy (without name tag) refund my money for jam which force me to give 3 star instead of zero. I got finally bagel. I request head office to do audit properly because staff was not in proffer uniform name was missing. They don’t had proper iced splash to put spoon. Next time must come for audit in evening around 8pm. Thanks for returning my money.

I will visit again in few if will get excellent service I will change my review and stars. Management should give practical training how to take order that new videos are not enough.

Actually I just went to have coffee but while ordering the guy was vary rude I had disappointed experience I was thinking he will assist me instead he raised voice and said to left the counter before my order it was my bad experience with him I never recommend my friends this location of time

One staff member of this tim is so unprofessional He do not have sense of speaking and greeting customers he always talks in a rudely way to customers .
