Tim Hortons is a great place with excellent customer service. The staff are friendly, efficient, and always ready to help. What makes the experience even better is the supportive management. The supervisors are approachable and professional, always making sure everything runs smoothly. A truly welcoming and well-managed place!
I received average service. I asked for everything bagel with butter and extra large coffee. I received coffee which was good but not mixed sugar well. I got bagel with jam . I did not order jam. Guys was not serious while taking order he did not listen properly. Thanks one guy (without name tag) refund my money for jam which force me to give 3 star instead of zero. I got finally bagel. Your typical Tim Hortons, familiar food and drinks. However what’s nice about here is you don’t spend a long time waiting, especially in the mid afternoon. What I’m not a huge fan of is the amount of people who are here at the same time. If you’re looking for a place to study I’d recommend a smaller local coffee shop as this one is right in the middle of two busy streets. However this Tims location continues to be my favourite so far
