Worst Tim ever. Last time order here. Only did because they are next to my shop.
No drive through but the line is CRAZYYY.
They prioritize mobile order than actual walk-in.
Moreover, they make the WRONG ORDER every-single-time. My girl went in there this morning with a mobile order that added a shot of espresso. She observe the waitress DID NOT add them to her drink, so she ask, like a normal morning customer. The waitress YELL at her “YOU HAVE TO BUY IT”
?????????????
The hell?
U do an order without reading the order?
The manager (or the region manager) have to do something about this behaviour because this is actually UNACCEPTABLE.
The mobile order was 9676 on Nov 12 at 10 ish am.

I got a big Americano from this place, and, as a European coffee drinker, the taste and quality weren't great, not like what I'm used to back in the Netherlands.
If anyone goes for food thier kithchen closes at 9 no food from 9. But they are open till 11 with no point
Once again, this location has locked its doors well before the posted closing time of 11:00 PM. I arrived at 10:45PM, only to find the doors already locked and the workers inside refusing to serve me (4th time this has happened at this exact location). This is not the first time this has happened at this store, and it shows a clear pattern of laziness and disregard for customers.
When a business advertises hours, customers are legally entitled to rely on them. Closing early without notice could be considered false or misleading advertising under the Competition Act of Canada, and it may also fall under provincial consumer protection laws that require fair and honest business practices. In plain terms: if you say you’re open until 11, you need to actually be open until 11.
Instead, the staff chose to sit inside with the lights on, doors locked, and ignore paying customers. It’s unprofessional, dishonest, and frankly lazy. If they don’t want to work until the proper closing time, they shouldn’t be working here.
This has become a repeat issue at this location, and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere until Tim Hortons corporate addresses it. Customers deserve better.
I’ve been coming here for over two years and used to love the team , they were friendly and professional. Since many staff changed, the place feels disorganized and the service isn’t as good. Even though it’s close to my work, I prefer not to come anymore

The young guy working at this branch on the evening of September 22, 2025, was extremely rude and careless. They keep the washroom door locked, and when my wife politely asked to use it, he ignored her completely until she had to repeat herself. Later, when my friends and I came back, I asked him if I could use the washroom, and again he pretended not to hear me. When I repeated my request, he shouted at me to wait because he was helping another customer.
The least he could have done was acknowledge that he heard me instead of being dismissive and rude. It really surprises me that the owner of this branch allows such behavior and hasn’t taught employees the basics of customer service. Tim Hortons used to be known for good customer care—what happened? Why is this branch allowed to treat customers with such disrespect?

‘Apparently 11 PM means 10:45 here.’ - 185 Sheppard Ave East
Arrived at 10:45 PM to find the doors already locked at a Tim Hortons that claims to be open until 11:00 PM. Staff saw me, ignored me, and kept hiding behind the counter until I left — only to resume tidying up once I was in my car. If you’re going to shut down early, at least be honest about it so customers don’t waste their time.
On a very hot day, my small dog was overheated and dehydrated. I was holding him and urgently asked to purchase some tap water so I could help him, but the girl behind the counter refused and spoke rudely. I was shocked at the lack of basic kindness and compassion toward an animal in distress.

This store is my go-to cafe before going to my work. Such an amazing staff they have! I pay my utmost respect to Ate Drema, Ry, Tristan, and other staff for being so friendly and making my latte. It’s a good start to begin my day! The store is well-maintained as well. Thank you for this team! 💙
