I ordered the biscoff donut, and the added a sliver of the biscoff cream that any other location is giving. They are so stingy, and you can definitely tell that they are trying to save money any way they can. And that is by giving low quality food.

this location is awesome to get your coffee fast. the staff are very quick and responsible to take and make your order. easy way to get a coffee quick and go. i definitely recommend to stop and grab a coffee and donut to go.

This was the worst customer service experience I’ve had at Tim Hortons. I ordered a triple-triple and one regular coffee, but the first cup I received tasted like water – easily the worst Tim Hortons coffee I’ve ever had. When I politely asked for a replacement, the staff member gave me another cup right away but with an arrogant attitude face.
When I kindly asked her name, she said “Shreya” and told me that if I wanted, I could complain. This kind of response is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on customer service standards.
I’ve always trusted Tim Hortons for consistency and respect, but this experience was disappointing.

DON'T EAT THERE! I got food poisoning recently. How can a breakfast sandwich be ready before a coffee? I have been violently sick for 3 days after eating a sausage breakfast sandwich. I will NEVER visit a Tim Hortons again.
