Hi everyone I recommend this location of Tim Hortons. They are very kind. There is a big mirror in the store that you can see yourself. I bought a coffee and one Timbits honey and they give me another one too, Chocolate Timbits. I met Smile and Krutouth at the cashier. They are very nice persons that I feel very happy. Seats are good too. I see a person in front of me that she bought a lottery ticket from Circle k beside this Tim Hortons. I also bought tickets there several times and I win. Stood in line for 5 minutes with 5 people working and no one in front of me, asked for my sandwich with no onions, worker said there weren’t any on the sandwich anyway. Got the sandwich it was filled with onions. Staff are very inattentive and slow moving.

Just got these Herb n Garlic spread bagels home, only to find there’s barely any spread on them. Why should I pay an extra $1 for something that’s practically nonexistent?

I ordered a bagel the guy was not paying attention he didn’t toasted the bagel and than put the the bagel opposite side and he made me new one again without toasting again
381 Mount Pleasant Rd Toronto location is TERRIBLE. Staff are unprepared and easily overwhelmed. Food is sloppily put together and it takes 15 minutes for them to make a combo (hashbrown, coffee, sandwich), only to bring it home and realize it's made wrong and/or looks like garbage. Re-train the staff, or fire them AND whoever is managing this catastrophe. Put some pride into this location. Tim's used to be OK, it sucks now.
